We were looking to upgrade one verizon phone and add a line with a second new phone. After being underwhelmed at the Brighton location and not having any better luck with verizon over the phone, we tried this location and got great service and help. Awful service and lies. Bought a new phone last week and was told I would get a credit up front before purchasing. Once phone was already 100% set up I was informed I would not be getting the credit. I decided to forgive the mistake the employee had made because the phone was already set up at this point and I wasted two hours of my time. They sold me a liquid glass protector with it. One week later my phone connection doesn't work and there is a scratch on the glass they applied and failed to tell me about the warranty for (also did not give me the box and threw it away with warranty information.) I came to the store and they would not do anything about the mistakes they made or the phone connection issues. Manager did not even come over to try and help. The Howell Franchise is a great place with great people. I criticized the horrible corporate store on Grand River in Brighton and oh Gee whiz, somehow my low rating remarks conveniently disappeared. Obviously they do not care to "improve." Their Customer relations." Franchises in Howell and Brighton, you got my support. Note: to Franchises, the corporate store has no means to repair phones so don't waste your effort to pass customers on to them. read more

STAY AWAY! This store is a rip off ! First they do not advertise that it's a wireless zone store, they don't even have their name on the front of the store, all it says out front is Verizon! I went there thinking it was a Verizon store, my wife had questions about the invoice, she called the store and inquired about certain charges and they said oh that's a set up fee? Really? Close to 40 bucks? They said oh yeah that's normal all stores do that, NO THEY DONT! I will never go back to wireless zone store as long as I live, take my advice go to a corporate Verizon store read more

prior assistance at the franchise store next to jonnas market was excellent. i went in for help recently and waited a ridiculous amount of time only to be essentially waived off by a large young man who was too busy playing video games to help a customer. yesterday, i showed up at the corporate store in brighton who has fairly good service, at 9 am (the time posted on their door as opening time) and no one showed up. period. waited til 10:30 and checked back at 7:30 pm. still shuttered. no signs indicating why not staffed/closed. full stop unacceptable!!!!!! it's bad enough you cant get a human on the phone to save your life when you call corporate or any of the "local" service numbers. there essentially were no support staff to assist with tech items or sales. too bad there isnt enough of a boycott to straighten up this unacceptable shoddy way to run a business. best buy you get our money from now on!!! read more

I walked in to ask a very simple question, I was greeted at the door and was told someone would be with me shortly. I watched two customers leave which opened up to employees who I fell could have helped me. I watched them as they stood behind the counter waiting for a floor staff person to become available to help me, that never did happen. After watching them watch me for over 5 minutes I decided to leave, as I left, I looked into the window which is behind the counter to see they were what appeared to me as goofing around on the internet. Maybe they were not the sales team but they could have acknowledged me and said anything , they don't know this but I have five lines which means I always have an upgrade which means I could have spent money in that store. read more

Had a great experience at this store. Even though I didn't buy my new iPhone from them James Taylor assisted me very patiently for an hour with syncing my contacts, photos and apps to new phone. Great technical support! When he didn't know how to do something he googled it or searched apple help center. Great job James! I've always been pleased with Verizon service but I'm glad to know this independently owned store is also doing a fabulous job at customer service. read more

I would highly recommend this store. My husband and I had a great experience here switching from Sprint to Verizon. All the employees were very helpful with the whole process. I have bought 2 phone from this store in Howell and both times they ripped me off. Tried charging me full price 400.00, then when i got home i called Verizon and the Brighton Verizon store and told me i get a early upgrade plus rebates. I of course returned my phone. The second time, I didnt actually purchase my blackberry from them, but the sales girl told me should cold give me a good deal on a new curve. Again, i called verizon and went to the Brighton store, in which once again, i was up for a early upgrade and they tried to rip me off again hundreds of dollars. They will not off you your employee discount. They pretend they dont see you get 22 percent of accessories etc... You have to corner them and ask. I will never ever go back to this store..... I feel bad for all the customers who have gotten ripped off. Brighton Verizon is awesome. Great customer service and they always try to work out what good for your budget. read more
