We had 3 bids and chose KC's, we liked his attitude, how he explained the process and understood exactly what we were looking for. He was very professional, took all the measurements and sent us a detailed, professional bid. Once our new concrete cured the KC team arrived early, cleaned out all the cracks and applied the compound. An unbelievable job, very clean. We have a 135 foot driveway with a lot of seams and they sealed all the seams, a small walkway to our front porch and a large seam between the driveway and the house to moisture will get into our basement. Great job, great value.

Wow, these people know windows and doors like nobody's business…read more After going to both Lowe's and Stadium Hardware for what seemed like a simple repair to two of my windows, no one had the piece I needed. The guy working at Stadium Hardware recommended this place, and thank goodness for that! I walked in, the lady knew exactly what piece I needed, got it, installed it in the one window I brought with me, and showed me how to install it so I could do the other window myself when I got home. I was in and out in five minutes, and it only cost me $1.50! Next time I need anything for a window or door, now I know not to waste my time with a hardware store and come straight to the experts!

Our house was missing a few storm windows, and had a few others due for replacement; I ordered up a set from Robertson's. The largest panes wouldn't fit in my little car, so I asked about delivery options; Robertson's doesn't deliver, but will give you a business card for Metro Delivery, which worked out just fine. Prices were on par with Home Depot or Lowe's, but the flexibility, responsiveness, and overall experience were a world better. The windows themselves are nicely made --- I wouldn't go as far as "works of art" as they're fairly low-tech (strips of gasket, mitre-cut aluminum), but reasonable materials and solid workmanship. Definitely my go-to for screens & windows, either normal-ish or very custom.

The Kotch team took good care of our house while they were here, cleaned up everyday, replaced every little thing that they moved. This took a while; 15 window openings and 3 exterior doors. I work from home and my wife is retired, meaning that we were here every minute. These guys were easy to have in our home despite the invasive nature of the work. They never made us feel like we were in the way. We were left with very well finished interiors; good enough in fact, that even I could execute the minimal painting necessary. If you want everything done well, Kotch should be on your list of people to call.

I called several places but finally settled on this one and hoped for the best. Well, here are the reasons I would call them again in the future: 1. An actual knowledgeable person at the site answers your call. Not just an answering service who schedules a house visit but cannot give one a firm estimate on the phone. 2. A company that has an actual listed local physical location. 3. A company that is listed as an authorized installer by the manufacturer. 4. Very good customer reviews. 5. A detailed quote that enumerated the cost of each part should it have to be replaced. 6. I was texted the ETA of the repair person along with his photo. 7. ETA and cost was as quoted. 8. The repair person did not try to upsale me more than what was need to do the repair. I was so satisfied I asked them to also replace the torsion spring of my other garage door as preventive maintenance since both doors probably had been installed at the same time.

From the jump, the sales guy was friendlier and less pushy than the folks from the two more well known companies we had out. The discussion about what we needed and the quality of their product were the true deciding factors that made us go with them despite being a bit higher than the quotes from the others. Of course everything is on backorder nowadays but they set the expectation on timing and met each target date. When installation day arrived the job was done quickly and thoroughly. The only hiccup was that one window was damaged and they had to order a replacement so they installed the cracked widow for the time being. They called as soon as the replacement arrived and came to swap out it, which took like 5 minutes. All in all, they were pleasant to work with and stand behind their work. We definitely recommend them and will use them when we get our patio finished and need a door wall.
