He told me my car was totalled but wouldn't give me any details. He then turned to the next person to have a personal discussion in the middle of this. I had to interrupt to ask again for an estimate or any information for that matter. He let his own personal experiences with insurance companies dictate how I was treated. He told me he doesn't need my business and shooed me away like a fly. He also told me that he refuses to call insurance companies back because he feels it's an "insult to his intelligence" on pricing. If you have Progressive, steer clear. I will say his wife, Kathy, who was also working the office at the time, was very nice and helpful and did apologize on his behalf. But here I am two weeks into trying to get my car fixed and I get to start all over. Thanks Franklins!

She was told the break fluid was contaminated and all the rubber seals needed to replaced, quoted her $4700. I was given a rubber seal that could have not possibly came from the cylinder cap. I went home to trim the rubber seal they gave me so it would fit in the cap and came back to find they drove the car out of their garage with no cap on the master break cylinder making it not drivable. They have done a terrible job on repainting my car. I took my car (dodge challenger) to this place on an insurance claim after getting a dent in my quarter panel from a deer. My car has been in their shop for a total of 6 weeks and repainted 4 times. When I got my car back the FIRST time, there was buildup of paint in the corner of my back window. So, I brought my car back and told them it was unacceptable. The owner tried to tell me it wasn't from them, but they will repaint the car "as a courtesy". My car is relatively new, has never had any other body damage work. There is no way it was not from them; they JUST painted that area. They took my car back and repainted it. I received my car back for the second time and they did an AWFUL JOB AGAIN. Not sure why they even tried to give it back. The color was completely off, my car is white and the panel they painted had brown spots throughout the ENTIRE panel. The clear coat was peeling off in multiple spots and I had overspray across my entire passenger door. So again, I took my car back and told them this is horrible. The owner then tried to tell me he couldn't see what I was talking about when it was very clear the work was garbage. After arguing with me about the paint job he took my car in for a THIRD time. I dropped my car off Monday and a week went by, I called to check up on my car Friday. I was told the painter has called out sick for the last 3 days and wouldn't be working on my car until the following Monday. This was 7 days my car has been sitting in their shop untouched. My car is drivable and it is beyond irritating that I was not called and explained the situation to where I could pick my car up and bring it back when they were ready to work on it. Now after they have painted it for the third time, they requested that an insurance adjuster come to look at the car because they "don't want to paint it again". I called my insurance and explained to them the situation and that I want to be there for the inspection. The Insurance adjuster came out to review the work performed, and pointed out MORE issues. My car was in the shop for another week making more adjustments and repainting twice . So, it has been there now 4 weeks straight and a total of 6 weeks of back and forth just to fix a dent. After getting my car back and waiting an entire month, I received my car with more issues. Peeling clear coat, a twisted door/window seal that they replaced, they didn't even put the seal in all the way it is just hanging inside my car. They also got paint INSIDE my car on my door panel. They scratched the wrap on my hood, ruined the seal on the back window, overspray on the seal of the front windshield and the back windshield. Every single time they told me the car will be completed on a certain day; it has not been done that day. They never bother to call and explain that, they have just waited until I would call and then act like I was an inconvenience to them. This has been an awful experience and I will NEVER recommend this place for ANYONE. In my opinion, I would advise anyone that reads this to never go to this hell hole. I have never been so disappointed in a service provided to me in my life, this was a huge waste of time and money. Now I have to bring my car somewhere else because they cannot complete it without messing it up. I understand shit happens but communication is important. I chose this place because I wanted to try and support a local business to a town that I recently purchased a home in. I have never been more disappointed. In my opinion, this company, does not give a shit about you, your car, or anything else for that matter. Just a low-end business that wants your money. Save your time and save your money.
