Everyone was great to work with from Jeff, salesman, Amy & Denise, office, and Matt & Tim who installed the windows. They also replaced windows in our previous home and was pleased with the work done so went with them even though they were just slightly more than some of the other quotes. I really appreciated Amy keeping me updated with the delay due to covid-19 and always returning my calls. Matt & Tim I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were outstanding and a great team. Amazing work with the windows along with caulking, insulation and clean up. We had a bow and a bay window, so they had to do extra work around the windows and they look fantastic. Our old windows were Pella from 1987 and there is a huge difference with the look, sound and looking forward to seeing some energy savings, especially during winter.

Unfortunately I have not received a call back for a week from the person doing the scheduling. I was able to speak with Dave- who was trying to assist, and was advised that they cannot find my storm door anywhere in their warehouse and it will need to be reordered, which will take an additional two weeks and even suggested an alternative option. But still no call back from the installation department to discuss anything further. I wanted to get my exterior and storm doors installed before the cold weather started. I am very disappointed because customer service was nice initially, but after your deposit customer service changes. ***Update**** The owner personally reached out to me on 10/13 and, apologized for the lack of response and has provided an update. I truly appreciate Dave and the owner's efforts to rectify the situation and am anticipating having my doors replaced. Thank you!

I contacted Grace at twice. She replied at 11:18 she was with customers all morning, to come in. At 11:30 I came in and she was still busy. Jeremy sat down with me and went over things. Emailed me later a proposal. Evidently she found the measurements and height was taller than he guessed. Received a call as I was driving up north 25 percent discount expired at midnight and I needed to sign and give credit card information. Neither one told me when the discount expired when we met! Glad I didn't make a bad choice going with them!

Deyonker Window and Door, did our smaller house windows and large bedroom windows back about 11…read moreyears ago, they were terrific, so we knew we could trust them, and a few years later, they did our door wall on our walk out, so now, we had them do our large picture front window at our home, Dan came out and gave us the estimate, he then came out a second time to double check measurements, take a deposit, then they ordered the window from the factory and approximately 4 months later they were here to install it. This was a custom order, thats why it took so long. My other windows didnt take this long, they were in stock. As you can see from the pictures its is very large. They came with a very large crew and had it done in about 7 hours. This included the custom molding that they cut on site and put on, all we had to do was paint it. The crew was very polite and respectful, they laid out tarps before they even started, and they brought in and used an air compressor that was so quiet i could talk right next to it. Mark and some of the crew had been here before on our previous install. This to me indicates a company who not only keeps employees who do good work, but gives us customers an excellent job. We got estimates from Renewal by Anderson, Marvin and Pella. All three had great presentations but were were drawn to Marvin and visited their showroom in Bloomfield Hills where we got a great feel on how the windows would look and some suggestions that really made sense. The price was right in the middle of the other two contenders. We did appreciate the low key nature of the presentation with no "big deals" or let's "sign the contract today" pressure. The price was bottom line from the start. The salesman Gordon went out of his way to make sure the interior stain we were getting matched our trim in the den. The windows that were prepainted white to match the white trim throughout the house. The crew that installed 18 windows was fantastic. A two day job with no mess left. Our salesperson visited while the installation was taking place to make sure the window had no defects. Really good quality replacement windows are not cheap. It's a big commitment and expensive proposition. We are very happy with our purchase and confident in our decision. I would recommend these folks.
