He asked if she would be availble that night, we said yes any time between 5pm-9pm. At 7pm we got a message that he hadnt checked his phone and that he could stop by the day after. We set up another time frame where he would stop by, never showed... you get the point. All in all, we were no showed 3 times, and rescheduled several. Not sure if it was too good to be true. If he really had more emergencies pop up. Nik just finished my basement and I am very happy with the work and final result. Nik stayed on budget, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. He did what he said he was going to do and was here when he said he would be. I hired him because I thought his insight into how to efficiently work around "old basement" problems and come up with really practical solutions was excellent, and that proved itself to be true throughout the renovation.
