5 Stars - Above and Beyond.. I can't recommend JG Contracting enough. They came out to fix my sewer pipes and ended up restoring my faith in what true craftsmanship looks like. Not only were they fact and efficient, but they were also incredibly respectful, honest, and clearly knows his stuff. And they fixed something 15 other companies said they could not do! They didn't just patch the problem. They explained everything, made sure it was done right the first time, and even went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and safe with the work. They even drove to hardware store for the one thing they didnt have amongst all they're very up-to-date equipment. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that kind of dedication is rare these days. If you want guys that are reliable, skilled, and actually pleasant to work with, this is your company. We had an emergency situation on a Saturday when our hot water heater suddenly failed and started leaking water everywhere. This plumbing team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They responded quickly, came out the same day, assessed the problem, provided a fair estimate, purchased all the necessary materials, and fully replaced the water heater--all in just one day! Not only did they replace the unit, but they also went the extra mile by removing old shower plumbing that was no longer needed and relocating the new hot water heater to a better location in our home. Their attention to detail and willingness to take on additional work made a huge difference for us. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I bought a 2 piece combination tub/shower before measuring to see if it would fit through our hallways and into the bathroom. I thought we were out of luck and would have to buy something else that wasn't the color we wanted. Jerry and Betsy found a way to make it work by cutting a section out and adding tile in its place. We now have a custom tub/shower unlike anything else that you would normally see. They worked around the problem and provided water tight area that was an original design. We asked Jerry to finish an install of a pocket door that I had started over 20 years ago in my bathroom. and to install new showers in two bathrooms and a toilet. We are very pleased with his work and the price. I am amazed at the work he did and at his work ethic. I feel like we got a good value for the price we paid. Jerry is nothing short of amazing!! We were having issues with our water heater we gave him a call and he was very responsive and was out to our house in just under an hour. Jerry worked to try everything to trouble shoot the issue but it seemed we needed a new hot water heater. Jerry went to Home Depot picked up the new heater and had it installed the same evening. It was a Sunday morning, and I had no water. After calls to several other plumbers (to no avail), Jerry contacted me, and was at my home within an hour!! It turned out to be a complex issue, which had to be tracked down, but he got it done in short order. A plumbing issue. We had a hot water heater breakdown this past Friday and sent a request to Yelp for some quotes. 10 minutes after posting, we received a response from JG Contractors' Jerry. We explained the situation and sent some pictures. Jerry was transparent with his pricing, which was fair and reasonable. We agreed to have him replace the water heater. He picked up the water heater and had it installed the same day! We will definitely be using his services again. read more

Jerry was at my house within the hour and worked through out the day to fix the problem. When he got the 6" of water pumped out of my crawl space it was too late to get parts. stayed in contact. showed up when he said he would. stayed withe job until he located water leak in shower. if you ever had leaky pipes you know how difficult it can be to locate source.
