Finished roof
Luke A.

I needed a new roof, so after multiple estimates decided on RidgeCon Roofing Above All. Tony, the Company representative, was very friendly and super helpful. He gave a thorough explanation of what options his company could do and answered any questions I had. The thing I appreciate the most about Tony was that he wasn't pushy and would accept any decision I made. The RidgeCon Roofing Above All crew showed up on schedule and completed the job in the timeframe given to me. After the roof was finished, Tony did a walk-through with my family and followed up a week later to make sure everything was going well! I would highly recommend RidgeCon Construction Roofing Above All to anyone needing a new roof!

Do not hire. We got gutters and facia board replacement done to the tune of $5000. We have…read moredesperately tried to get them back to fix a few items they promised to fix. The most important is the gutter that needs to be removed and reattached after the trim board is removed (no previous gutter there). It rains behind it right over the new facia board. It's like 8' long and not a huge job at all. We have set up 3 appointments and no shows every single time. And in setting these up I had to make like MULTIPLE calls and texts to get one reply. They are dishonest and have poor customer service. Read the Google and Facebook reviews. These are a bunch of kids doing gutters that have no business skills. The best BUSINESS is your customers so follow through on what you promised. Matt. Dailey. Jacob- please stop ripping people off. My neighbors are stunned at the gutter that was installed over the trim piece, so the drip edge doesn't work. The one neighbor - 'there is no way they were real gutter guys because even I know that'. And the pieces of gutters left attached... real wild stuff. Lazy. Poor. On google they respond to 'please reach out to them' after a bad review. Many I might add. The issue is THEY won't respond and ghost people. Pretty offensive and just plain stupid to reply like that. YOU follow up with YOUR customers and maybe they would remove these reviews. My pictures will be on Google. And I'm inviting everyone over to view this job and encourage them too, to make a review. They see it.. they can be honest with their thoughts. Lastly, I'm submitting a BBB report as well. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS

He came out quickly to tarp the roof after storm damage, resecured it multiple times when high winds loosened it, and even helped guide me through the insurance process and paperwork so I understood everything clearly. Communication was excellent the entire time -- he sent progress photos, explained the materials and installation steps, and answered every question without rushing. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the whole roof in just a few hours. Cleanup was extremely thorough and the yard looked great afterward. He handled the permit, inspection scheduling, and warranty registration as well, which made the whole process stress-free. The finished roof looks fantastic and the quality of work is obvious. It's rare to find contractors this honest, responsive, and professional. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Went inside the attic, took photos, shared what he found while up there including the crummy bathroom vent tube that had been installed a long time ago. Agreed on the price quickly (fair and compatible), explained timeline, warranties, options. Installation took place and his crew was near perfect; even my neighbors commented on their beautiful work, neatness and care. Ryan was communicative throughout the entire process, professional, courteous, friendly and so so so efficient! As I have mentioned in my other reviews: it's tough to find an honest person particularly as a single woman for any kind of work on a house. Ladies, if you're looking for communicative, efficient and highly compatible warranties/pricing: Gasparotto Roofing!

Gutter work. Some good, some bad, altogether I'm satisfied and would use them again…read more Stewart came out in late August to take a look at our new home. Gutters were in poor shape, downspouts inadequate, lots of leaves from nearby trees...the works. All told, he gives a quote to replace three sections, get the downspouts flowing away from the house, and clean/install leaf guards on all. Call in to put down a deposit but I can't get on the schedule for a few weeks. Fast forward to the day of. The crew leader shows me a drawing he was provided of the house and is basically asking me to confirm the work/spots he has. I have a good idea of it, but doesn't make me feel comfortable. In the end, he asks if they can come back tomorrow because they don't have the right ladder for the taller back of the house. I say fine. The next day, it's raining early (app't at 9). I assume they aren't coming right then but still had to call in to confirm - still coming but pushed back to 11. Jennifer also tells me they could have come back for the ladder and done the job yesterday but it wasn't presented to me as an option. 11 comes...11:30...12...after speaking to a backup phone person who was rude to me, I finally get ahold of Jennifer again. She's extremely apologetic for both the delay and the other person who answered the phone. Once the workers arrived, they got right down to it and did a really nice job. Adjusted one section I pointed out when walking around and came back the next morning to install a downspout extension they didn't have the previous day. What I was not happy with, aside from the communication between crew/hub/myself, was all the nails and brackets all over the property from the removal of the old sections. Jennifer was once again understanding and apologetic when I called to pay off the balance and even offered to send someone out for cleanup. I declined as I think I got it all...was moreso sharing feedback as it was some sloppy bs. In sum, I'm happy with the actual work that was performed so I think I'd call 3G for other projects to at least get a quote. There is room for improvement in some areas but the company was understanding and receptive to feedback.

It all started when Jake (owner) came to give me a price quote on a Friday at about 3pm and told me I would have the quote before he left the office that day, and sure enough I received it by 730pm. The three companies I requested quotes from took a week, and one I never even got a quote from. The crew was great! Very professional and friendly. They were sure to clean up everyday before they left the job site, and did a thorough cleaning of my yard upon completion of the job. Most of all, the crew cared about their work, as if they were working on their own home! I will recommend their services to anyone and everyone that is looking to do exterior home improvement!

We bought our late 90s built home in 2012, and it only had a standard (at the time) 6-inches of…read morepink BATT insulation in the attic. So, our furnace has been working harder and more frequently to keep the house adequately heated for the past several winters. We finally got fed up of this lack of additional barrier between us and the cold outside. I was inspired by Consumers Energy offering a rebate check when insulation is upgraded by an approved vendor. I found AEE as the only Gold-star rated, licensed and insured installer in my area and approved by Consumers Energy. They earned their stars and stripes. I set up a free quote with the straight to the point and knowledgeable company owner, John. He explained his recommendations for adding about 11-12in.of fiberglass/wool blend blow-in insulation into the entire attic for a total of 17-18in., as well as having his field manager and caulk expert Mark seal all our windows and doors. He left me with a competitive quote and let me take long as I wanted to think on it and get other quotes. After a few quotes - my gut instinct gravitated me to AEE. I wanted to 'Art of the Deal' a bit with John to bring his quote closer to another competitor's. He was fair in working with me. We struck a deal. His 2-man insulation team came to our home around 10am and worked until about 4-5pm thoroughly insulating my attic. His field manager and caulking expert Mark did a great job sealing all the windows and doors for air leaks in a matter of 1-2 hours tops. They went above and beyond my expectations and were honest fellows. At one point when they realized they slightly undershot the amount of product needed for the job - they went and got more product to complete the job. John was a man of his word - he honored the contract without trying to work in the marginal unforeseen product and labor. They were thoughtful enough to blow some extra insulation into the space above our toddler's bedroom - which is definitely the problem area with our climate control. The workers used slip covers on their shoes and used towels to keep hoses from damaging walls. They vacuumed and cleared all waste after their work. Fast forward a week, and I will tell you that this was one of the best upgrades we have done for our home. The disparity in climate and cold drafts in different areas of our home is way better now. Upstairs is improved, the den stays toastier now, and the kitchen side of our house now holds heat better. A marked difference in the radiant heat comfort throughout the house. It is no placebo effect. The furnace is able to drive the temp up quicker, then the temp holds better and drops slower. So the furnace does not have to stay on as long of duration, and the interim between it firing up has increased. Savings on gas, and less wear and tear on the furnace too! Wish I had done this back when we bought the home. Better late than never. Highly recommend AEE. Just follow the simple steps I detailed above, get the work done, and get that rebate. You will have a top notch upgrade, at a great bottom line price. Two thumbs up!

I had an extensive energy audit performed, indoor air quality check, insulation installed, window caulking, rim joist seal/insulation, thermometer replacement, and various other home improvements. This was after the cost vs. benefit was explained to me with the supporting data. Once everything was completed, they walked me through the utility company rebate and tax credit process to ensure I received the full benefit of all work performed. Ultimately, I made money from the inspection and walked away with a house that was significantly more energy efficient with lower utility bills. It's a shame that it's so rare to find great companies with great people nowadays. AEE (John and Mark in particular) were super professional, friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I was able to learn quite a bit. These guys are not your typical salesmen, they are subject matter experts and come with only the highest of recommendation from me!
