I have owned 2 houses in my life, for a total so far of 35 years, and this was the strangest experience I have ever had with a contractor; I felt like I was on Candid Camera. I contacted the company for a quote on gutters; they insisted that I be able to meet with the salesman for "x" minutes, so he can show me his "presentation". Not ideal, but I went with it. Beaudy came by and spent 90 minutes with me; taking photos, notes, calling back and forth to the "boss" to get my price lower. They agreed to lower the price if I agreed to allow them to place a sign in my yard for "x" days. Fine, I paid a deposit on that's when the fun started. The day of the install, two people came over that morning. They did not know where things went, They had no idea what a rain barrel was. I walked around with them explaining it all, and then had to leave for vacation. There was a significant language barrier; although they were very professional and worked quickly, they had no instructions. While on the road, I received a call from a guy who was at my house, wanting to review the project and making suggestions on changes due to drainage issues he discovered. I had to pull over to talk to him; I had already spent 90 minutes with Beaudy, then another hour with the install crew, now this cocky guy who I had never heard of. Where was Beaudy? Does he even work for this company? I called the office and asked that Mr. cocky pants gets off my. property and send Beaudy over. When the job was finally "done", it was not done, The rain barrel was left uninstalled; deflectors were missing in several places. The owner (?) Bryan came out several times to fix all of the problems. This is the short version, this was so ridiculous I can't believe it really happened. I finally "found" Beaudy, who said he was out with Covid for 3 weeks. That would have been nice to. know; but I still am not convinced he even works there. BIZARROWORLD. read more

Great experience! The whole process went very smoothly and the gutters look great. There was one small issues after the gutters were installed, and they were out in 30 minutes to fix it which was pretty incredible. Highly recommend! read more

These guys have been really great for us! The process of buying a new roof has been stressful! Everyone I talked to seemed like they were trying to pull something over on us! Not Bryan and his company! They were honest and they really educated me throughout the process. Bryan and his team did a wonderful job on our house! After a previously botched job that resulted in numerous calls, unanswered voice messages and ignored texts to the company regarding these problems.. we decided to cut our losses and find a new company that could help us. Sargent Services had great reviews and we were not disappointed with our decision to call them. Bryan came out immediately, addressed our concerns and made us feel very confident that he could restore our gutters to their proper working condition. After our initial visit, my husband and I decided to have the current gutters, siding and soffits removed and replaced. David was extremely kind, allowed us to watch and explained things every step of the way. We could not be happier with the choices we made, having Bryan and his team do the work (despite all our calls, texts and multiple visits to our home, lol) and the way the project turned out. Never once did he seem inconvenienced, annoyed or put out by all of our questions/concerns. All the corners on my gutters were leaking pretty heavy once the snow melted. I was concerned because I know eventually that water would find away into my basement creating further damage to my foundation and who knows what else. I looked all over and read a ton of reviews until i came to a family owned company. Sargent Services and wow. The salesman Manny came to my home and pinpointed all the trouble areas and even made suggestions to move downspouts away from sidewalks and driveway. He gave me incredible service and even explained pricing. Once the installers showed up they were very detailed oriented and perfected every aspect of the new system. took plenty of photos before and after. Cleaned up as they went leaving my property looking better then when they arrived. I recommend Sargents to everyone. I just want to say that God is so Good . . . !!!! I hired Sargent Gutters & Siding out of Clinton Township to do some work on the exterior of my home. Before signing the contract, I informed Manny of my expectations while working on my property; no foul language, no drinking and drugs, and no sagging pants. After the work was completed, I was reviewing the videos to make sure that the work was done correctly according to the invoice. While viewing the footage from my Ring cameras, I discovered that they were using foul language on my property, but this was not the first time. I was at home on the first day of work, when I heard one of their workers drop the "F" bomb and I immediately called to reiterate to Mathew that foul language was not to be used on my property. As I continued to view the videos, I discovered that they continued to use foul language when I was not home and it got so good to him that he used the "N" word. I contacted the owner of the company and informed him of the dissatisfaction of my findings and I told him that I was not signing the invoice and I was going to expose his company to inform consumers about the inappropriate language that his workers used on my property. I also stated that I was going to take legal action against Sargent. The owner responded via text saying he was sorry and he was looking into the matter, and he responded again via email and said that using foul language on my property was not a reason for me not to pay his company because they did the work and he said he was going to take legal action against me. Shortly after, I received a letter from his attorney stating that they were going to put a Lien against my property if I did not sign off on the invoice by May 10th. While seeking legal representation, I responded to the letter letting them know that I was reviewing the videos to find out if they installed the 1/2" Foam Insulation Board and I was concerned about the nails that were exposed in my garage because they could bring great danger to myself or others. I sent another email letting them know that I was hiring an inspector to make sure that the work was done correctly and if not, they would have to make all of the corrections and pay for the inspection. I told them that they had until the close of business on May 8th to respond to my request. I prayed that God would grant me favor concerning the Lien against my property. As I kneeled to pray on the night of 05/08/2023, for some reason I checked my email and saw that at 5:02pm I had received an email from Sargent's attorney letting me know that Sargent did not install the 1/2" Foam Insulation Board and the work would be corrected along with addressing the issue regarding the exposed nails. Now, ain't God good. The Lien has been lifted against my property and Sargent is going to reimburse me for the inspection. May 8th is a very sentimental day for me because I closed on my home 27 years ago in 1996. I give all of the praise, honor, and glory to God for fighting my battle. Continuously In Prayer. read more

Bryan does not practice what he preaches. He ignored my phone messages and texts after his crew did the work on my house. First crew did not speak English so there was no way to communicate with them. They damaged the corner post of my siding, did not put my security cameras back in their original places and damaged the existing fascia at the top of the siding and also some of it was reinstalled crooked. The next guy he sent out to fix the damaged fascia just put a glob of caulk on it. The next guy, his "best" man let Bryan know the correct way it should be done, but Bryan took the cheap way out and ignored what his best man had suggested. I did not have unrealistic expectations, but all I got from Bryan were excuses. He claimed he knew how to reinstall the gutter guards I had spent thousands on and charged me for it-he did not. It took weeks to get this all ironed out . Bryan does have some great workers, but he does not have the hands on experience needed for this work. The soffitt looks good, but the drain pipes were not installed like the originals leaving some unexpected gaps. I'm sure his crew would do a good job on a new home that had no gutters, soffitt or trim installed previously, but I would not hire them for replacement projects. By the way, Bryan NEVER followed up, like his best man said, to see if I was satisfied with what he had done. I now have to have the problems he created remedied by someone else.
