He asked if she would be availble that night, we said yes any time between 5pm-9pm. At 7pm we got a message that he hadnt checked his phone and that he could stop by the day after. We set up another time frame where he would stop by, never showed... you get the point. All in all, we were no showed 3 times, and rescheduled several. Not sure if it was too good to be true. If he really had more emergencies pop up. Or if he just didn't want to do this small job... but it was a lot of time wasted, schedule movement on my wifes end to make it work, just for no work to ever happen. Very unfortunate.

We hired ACS Roofing in June to replace the shingles on our commercial building. The work has not…read moreyet passed inspection by the City of Roseville. We learned that a permit had not been obtained for the work. During the inspection, the inspector identified installation issues, including missing caulk, and found that the drip edge specified in our contract proposal had not been installed. ACS Roofing offered a five-year extension to the original ten-year warranty and a $500 discount for the inconvenience. The company also agreed to correct the caulking and install the drip edge. During the second visit, multiple shingles were damaged. The company returned a third time to replace those shingles and stated that the work was complete. We requested another city inspection before making any payment. At the fourth visit, attended by both the city inspector and ACS Roofing, the work again failed inspection because the shingles had not been caulked correctly and the drip edge was still missing. Despite the failed inspection, ACS Roofing continued to request payment. We were also asked to sign a document waiving warranty coverage in connection with the $500 discount, although this condition had not been part of our agreement. In addition, we were presented with an NDA. The representative sent to discuss these matters and collect payment communicated in a raised voice and used an unprofessional tone. We found this conduct inappropriate and not conducive to resolving the outstanding issues. We expect the contracted work to be completed correctly and approved by the city. As of this review, that has not occurred.

Gutters were in poor shape, downspouts inadequate, lots of leaves from nearby trees...the works. All told, he gives a quote to replace three sections, get the downspouts flowing away from the house, and clean/install leaf guards on all. Call in to put down a deposit but I can't get on the schedule for a few weeks. Fast forward to the day of. The crew leader shows me a drawing he was provided of the house and is basically asking me to confirm the work/spots he has. I have a good idea of it, but doesn't make me feel comfortable. In the end, he asks if they can come back tomorrow because they don't have the right ladder for the taller back of the house. I say fine. The next day, it's raining early (app't at 9). I assume they aren't coming right then but still had to call in to confirm - still coming but pushed back to 11. Jennifer also tells me they could have come back for the ladder and done the job yesterday but it wasn't presented to me as an option. 11 comes...11:30...12...after speaking to a backup phone person who was rude to me, I finally get ahold of Jennifer again. She's extremely apologetic for both the delay and the other person who answered the phone. Once the workers arrived, they got right down to it and did a really nice job. Adjusted one section I pointed out when walking around and came back the next morning to install a downspout extension they didn't have the previous day. What I was not happy with, aside from the communication between crew/hub/myself, was all the nails and brackets all over the property from the removal of the old sections. Jennifer was once again understanding and apologetic when I called to pay off the balance and even offered to send someone out for cleanup. I declined as I think I got it all...was moreso sharing feedback as it was some sloppy bs. In sum, I'm happy with the actual work that was performed so I think I'd call 3G for other projects to at least get a quote. There is room for improvement in some areas but the company was understanding and receptive to feedback.

The three companies I requested quotes from took a week, and one I never even got a quote from. The crew was great! Very professional and friendly. They were sure to clean up everyday before they left the job site, and did a thorough cleaning of my yard upon completion of the job. Most of all, the crew cared about their work, as if they were working on their own home! I will recommend their services to anyone and everyone that is looking to do exterior home improvement!
