Unfortunately, after the roof replacement, we noticed a serious problem that had never occurred before. During heavy rain, water began pouring down the front of our house, and water also started seeping into the front of our basement, leaving the carpet wet. We investigated and discovered that the eavestrough was filled with old and new shingles, along with nails and other debris. We contacted the roofing company and asked them to return to inspect the roof and clean up the debris. We called several times and were told they were very busy and would come within a few days. We ended up waiting almost one month. Last week, we were specifically told someone would come today at 9:30 a.m. but nobody showed up. Since then, our calls have gone directly to voicemail. This has been extremely frustrating, particularly because the issue has resulted in water entering our basement. We expected the company to stand behind its work and address the problem promptly, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Robert's Reliable Roofing.

Since the roof was done they failed to properly vent the attic and was told my own fault. After they came and vented now I have an awesome hole in my roof. No one was in the roof besides your hack of a company that also broke the access door to the attic. That apparently makes us a hassle of a customer to deal with. Your own crew breaks personal property and literally walked away like they did nothing.
