I was not ready to do the roof at that time; but he was able to pull up the paperwork from that time and still honor the quote when he did the work this Thanksgiving. Costa managed the work and finished on time with minimal cost-creep (replacement boards where required, and less than 2% of the originally estimated base-work). My handyman worked with him closely and indicated they were very easy to work with. Overall, very happy with the work... I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends or family.

Since the roof was done they failed to properly vent the attic and was told my own fault. After they came and vented now I have an awesome hole in my roof. Owner and project manager have the audacity to try and say I went in my roof and damaged it. For what and how. No one was in the roof besides your hack of a company that also broke the access door to the attic. That apparently makes us a hassle of a customer to deal with. Your own crew breaks personal property and literally walked away like they did nothing. You are totally right Larry you guys didn't do it but as you can see in the pictures the vents are in the same area. Save yourself the headache and don't even waste your time.

They were on time, courteous, clean and respectful of my patio and rose bushes. They were FAST! They did the roof and replaced two skylights in less than 8 hours. My roof won't need to be replaced for 45 years and it looks great. The price was right and extremely competitive....don't waste your time with others. Bryant is fairly priced, knowledgeable about the product and accessible...many texts went back and forth! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I had this company come to our home last summer to repair a Queen Anne's corner on…read moreour roof. Earlier this month we noticed the shingles in that area had been pried upward. My husband outreached to them and NO response. We had a man come out to clean our gutters and looked at that area. The shingles are pried up. The wood underneath is rotted and the top of the downspout is exposed. We have had two roofing companies come out and look at it. We have gotten estimates each in the thousands to fix it. Both companies pointed out separately to us that whoever fixed it that last time (Ridge to Valley) did a "half assed job".....their words, not mine. It's incredibly disappointing that we couldn't even get so much as a response even if it's to say they're too busy. I understand the roofer cannot control wildlife such as squirrels, etc getting in there but I question if that would've happened had the repair been better.

From the initial contact to the final payment, Steve oversaw every detail and patiently answered every single question...I had a lot. After receiving roof damage during a storm, the damage was swiftly assessed, the insurance company was contacted and the insurance paperwork was promptly processed, materials were ordered and delivered, the dumpster was ordered and delivered, and the permit was secured. The crew showed up early in the morning and worked all day until the job was finished...around 7:00p.m. It was a very long day for the crew but when they left, the roof was beautiful and not a scrap or nail was left behind. Premier took over and literally did everything for me. My part? I made a phone call to Premier Roofing and Renovations, selected the shingles and then the color. This is the company...look no further. Easy, helpful, friendly, reasonable. Steve put a roof on my brother's house about 10 years ago, my father's house about 7 years ago, and now my own house.
