On Thursday September 19th this company was subcontracted by SEAL-RITE Roofing. A crew of 4 arrived to My Parent's home in Roseville to finalize a hail damage claim by replacing gutters and down spouts. A fast, efficient and detailed supervisor named "River" completed the job in less than 3 hours. He introduced himself and guys before starting to confirm the steps of the project. There was Great teamwork from start to finish with removal to clean up as well. No issues or complaints! River answered 2 of my questions before and during the gutter project. Then after my inspection before leaving Roseville, he handed me a 5 year warranty certificate for the next homeowner. Thanks again ! Preferred Seamless Gutters did such a flawless job with our gutters, we didn't consider anyone else to ice the cake with their gutter guards. We visited their Imlay City showroom to get a visual of their product. The property itself was meticulously kept even after a nasty winter. We had a pleasant meeting with Melissa and River who showed and explained to us the cover and installation method, as well as giving us tips for care. They even cleaned our leaf/pine needle filled gutters before installing the guards. Installation was done within an hour, no muss, no fuss. The warranty and guarantee put our minds at ease. The install went well, but Mark puts a big deal up front about 100% satisfaction. We had issues with the gutters backing up in a strong rain and he said the tile drains must be clogged. $300 later, after having them checked with cameras and flushed, we still had the same issue. I changed out the connections that he used to connect to the tile drain and that fixed the issue. Mark told me to send in the receipts for the parts and he'd reimburse me. Haven't seen anything from him and he hasn't returned calls or text messages. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary after the fact. One the gutters are installed, that's the end of the support you'll receive if you have issues. Very disappointed in the customer service. read more

He came to my house on the same day I called him and gave me a NO PRESSURE sales quote (the best price of the three that I looked at, I should not have wasted my time with the other 2). The next person in the company that I spoke to was their unbelievable friendly customer service rep Melissa. We set an appointment based on my schedule.
