I hired Oak Roofing to re-shingle, repair any decking issues, and install gutter-guards on my home…read morein April of 2026. Oak Roofing was recommended to me by a good friend who had his home re-roofed and was very satisfied with the job they did. I spoke with one of the owners, John, on the phone about the monetary details after his brother, Mike, came to my home for the estimation process. They provide a brochure which detailed the process with a complete description of the products which they had. They provided a list of over a hundred satisfied customers. They scheduled the project for about 2-3 weeks out, and on the day which the project was to start, their crew of 12 workers showed up early in the morning and 100% finished the job by late afternoon. The finished project was completed with no details left undone - I say this because I got up on the roof the next day to check out their work. The finished product was very well done - no bad cuts on any shingles, the flashing was completely sealed around the chimney, and the gutter-guards were installed perfectly. The crew did a great clean-up, and except for the beautiful new roof, you couldn't even tell that a 12 person crew had ever been there - not a speck of trash. The other good news was that Oak Roofing is a Veteran friendly company, so the discount was a bonus - every little bit helps these days. To conclude - Mike and John are true gentleman with a highly efficient crew. Great job, Oak Roofing!! M. Reynolds Royal Oak

From the start, Johno came out for an inspection, gave us a quote within minutes, and even walked us through what could happen once the old roof was removed. I appreciated that transparency. We agreed to the price (a little higher than some other quotes, but for good reason -- more on that below) and financing was handled right away. Two weeks later, construction day arrived. Manny and his crew were on-site bright and early. I'll admit... I overslept and had to move cars last-minute, but Manny was patient and kind about it. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He even offered to sweep up the dust from our floors after the job -- talk about going the extra mile! The team finished in about 6 hours, right before the rain rolled in. The roof looks fantastic, and we have peace of mind knowing it's backed by a great transferable warranty and yearly maintenance checks. That's a win-win in my book. If you want a roofing company that's upfront, skilled, and genuinely cares about the work they do, Victor's Home Solutions is worth every penny.

We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote.
