We agreed to the price (a little higher than some other quotes, but for good reason -- more on that below) and financing was handled right away. Two weeks later, construction day arrived. Manny and his crew were on-site bright and early. I'll admit... I overslept and had to move cars last-minute, but Manny was patient and kind about it. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He even offered to sweep up the dust from our floors after the job -- talk about going the extra mile! The team finished in about 6 hours, right before the rain rolled in. The roof looks fantastic, and we have peace of mind knowing it's backed by a great transferable warranty and yearly maintenance checks. That's a win-win in my book. The worst unprofessional crew. Neighbor is getting their roof done and the crew knocked on my door to move my vehicle out of MY driveway while I was in the shower. They then proceeded to trespass onto private property to get to my side door and then because they could not access my back patio door, a guy started banging on my bedroom window. IDK if they are good builders or not. What I do know is they have a salesman named Lance M. who just might be a psychopath. He was otherwise a great salesman right up until the time when I wasn't going to sign then and there and wanted a couple days to think about it, "make peace with it" and also see what the other contractors I had already had scheduled quoted. He started getting snarky, he started getting belligerent, he started shaming me for not jumping in with both feet. I was just about to kick him out when the next contractor knocked on my door. As ol' Lance was leaving he asked the other guy "Are you a roofer?" He said yes and, as Lance stormed off like a child, said very loudly "He's already got 10 quotes!" If I were a younger man I'd have chased him down and ripped him a new one. And what, you ask, makes him a potential psychopath (or is it sociopath; I think it's sociopath)? Victor's makes after-visit calls to potential customers to ask how it went. He certainly must have known that. But he still behaved like the world's biggest ass. Victor's did call. I did tell them what he did. The nice woman expressed shock and said she'd escalate the matter. I told her I wouldn't hire them now without a huge discount. Apparently since I said that the owner didn't feel it worth apologizing himself; hence this review, to warn people the Victor's has poor character. Extremely Disappointed with Victory Home Solutions I am incredibly disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior displayed by Victory Home Solutions. During their service at my next door neighbor, debris from their work ended up damaging my 2024 F150 -- a brand-new vehicle (I moved my vehicle up in my driveway due to the worker had a van, work truck and a long flatbed truck in front of my house (leaving no where else to even move) -- which was parked on my property. To make matters worse, their team trespassed without permission, violating my personal space and trust; enter my gate and place their ladder and material in my driveway, basically blocking me in my own driveway. The guy in charged went so far as ringing my doorbell at 7:45am in the morning. Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of their actions, Victory Home Solutions chose to dismiss the issue and offered a mere $50 Amazon gift card as compensation. A gift card? For property damage and trespassing? That's not only inadequate, it's insulting. The bare minimum would've been a full professional detailing of my vehicle and a sincere apology. Their careless attitude and lack of accountability are the main reasons I cannot recommend this company. If you value your property and expect to be treated with respect, I suggest looking elsewhere. With one exception, everyone I dealt with at Victor's were great and I'm very happy with my new roof. They offered financing and gave me a good deal. Installation was quick, too. The crew showed up at 7am and were done by 4pm and the clean up was thorough. However, they did damage my fence during the installation and it took over four months to get them to fix it after they initially denied causing the damage (luckily, I had pictures). In the end, they did take care of me. If you decide to use them, proceed with caution. BEFORE they do your installation, make sure you take pictures of everything on and around your house that may be damaged during installation. read more

I used this company for a full tear off and replacement of a roof on my house and garage in September 2024. My garage began to leak immediately . I had never had a problem with my garage. The flat roof is now leaking after 7 months of installation. Someone came out to check the garage and caulk it to try to eliminate the leak. It continues to leak. They came highly recommended as exterior experts but ultimately misdiagnosed our roof as the cause of water condensation forming inside two interior closets. They dismissed all other possible contributors, including issues with insulation or siding, and guaranteed that their (wildly overpriced) roof tear-off and ventilation correction would resolve our problem. We trusted our friends recommendation and opted to pay more for a reputable company to get the work done the right way. The installation was a mess--our home was left covered in dust and debris, and parts of the job were rushed, requiring follow-up visits to remediate and replace faulty materials. After ~$30K in repairs, the condensation problem remained. Their team later admitted to the misdiagnosis but offered no remediation beyond ensuring their new roof was leak-free. We asked for financial compensation, questioning why they should profit so handsomely from a solution we ultimately didn't need--and they refused. We shared competitor quotes for the same project, projected costs and margins, and expressed our profound disappointment with the entire process and product. They simply said, "Sometimes our salesmen make mistakes" and felt we alone should bear the burden. The work was finished one day. However, since it was dark when they were finishing the clean up crew missed parts of shingles, plywood, and aluminum. The clean up crew also threw away landscaping lumber. My car port was blocked so i had to park down the street. I had three skylights replaced. the team removed and disposed of the old sky lights. Unfortunately, once the new frames were installed no temporary covers were installed. This allowed old and new roofing material and debris to enter my living spaces. i cleaned the kitchen three times throughout the day. Finally, communication was a huge issue. I am mute. I do use a white board to communicate with speaking people. When my appointment was scheduled the scheduler knew this. Yet the salesmen were shocked and unsure how to proceed. The crew were also unsure how to proceed. The finance company was also not notified. And Victors called several times to talk. I am giving a low score due to these issues. read more

Do not use this company. You will regret it. We had a roof installed last week. So many things to be upset about I don't know where to start. First, communication was bad, showed up on Good Friday without confirming with either home owner day or time. Knocking on neighbors doors at 7:40am to tell them to move cars. We were told that Victors does not contract out for the roof work, well that was a lie. Workers showing up not dressed professionally for the job. We're talking flip flops. Way too many workers, leaving their garbage all over the place. It was windy that day, and debris and garbage including garbage was flying around and down the street and into yards. Standing around talking like it was a social event. Rushed the job to be completed in one day. Not happy with the workmanship of the new roof. Jagged edges, wavy appearance and damage to our siding. The "catch all" that was described to avoid mess was not catching anything. Worker stepped in our attic and came through the ceiling in my sons bedroom. They came out today to "fix" this, but did an awful job as they "are not drywall people" I was told. Used my kitchen sink to dump the drywall debris and mudding. It was all over the floor, hallway walls etc. Just awful. We advised our Project manager about all this. We will see if they take care of some of the issues. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! REPEAT: DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! One star is one too many. Shame on us for not doing our due diligence. We needed new roofing, gutters and downspouts, and a chimney cap. We went with Victor's despite the extremely high price. For the top-dollar estimate we expected a top-quality job. We fell for the advertising that said we would be assigned a "Concierge Project Manager" who would supervise the job from start to finish. NOT TRUE. Also, we were told it would be a "two-day job". ALSO NOT TRUE. Day One: The first Project Manager, Barb, arrived with the crew late morning and began the tear-off. Barb wandered around the property in the course of the day but never really seemed to be in charge. The crew seemed to be on auto-pilot with no real supervision from Barb, who spent some time sitting in her air-conditioned truck. Tear-off went into the evening and only ended at sundown. Day Two: The second Project Manager, Dakota, arrived with the crew and began roofing. Dakota kept me informed as the work progressed. The work took all day and into the evening. At the end of the job, the mess was somewhat cleaned up and the crew departed. The gutter and downspout and chimney cap installations were neither initiated nor completed. Day Seven: The gutter and downspout installation did not start until the following week. The third Project Manager and crew, presumably a sub-contractor, arrived unannounced late in the morning. When I asked the crew chief why no one had contacted me, I was told he "...didn't have anything to do with that." The work appears to have been satisfactory, although a heavy thunderstorm will ultimately prove the quality of the work. Day Thirteen: Having been previously measured, the chimney cap was installed by what I presume was a sub-contractor. He was courteous and efficient. I cannot confirm the quality of the work. Results: 1) Roofing asphalt was liberally smeared on various areas of my siding. Attempts to clean it by the crew and subsequently by others from Victor's were incomplete and stained my siding. 2) Aluminum fascia on all sides of the house have been permanently dented. 3) My shed, which was included in the job is full of nails on the inside of the roof, much like a porcupine. I was told that the inside of my attic probably looks the same. Neither was that way with the original roofs. Upon my making these concerns known, a local rep came out to inspect. Subsequently, some of the asphalt stains were removed from the siding. I pointed out loose nails in the aluminum fascia but these were not repaired. To-date, six weeks after the roofing and gutter jobs I'm still picking up nails and roofing material from the flower beds and driveway. From start to finish, this was a clown show. The salesman is simply that...a salesman. He provides no customer service. The schedulers don't know what they're doing. The "Concierge Project Manager" concept is simply a come-on. He does not exist. The local manager is an apologist, not a supervisor nor problem solver. We are stuck with a high-cost, low-quality job with high interest financing. We will pay this off as soon as possible and hope others will not be taken in as we allowed ourselves to be. read more

I just got an inspection and requested a quote. This is the kind of company that makes me hesitate to call for a quote in the first place. I have water coming through my ceiling, in one specific place in my ceiling. I call Victors to address this leak and check the rest of the roof and get a quote. From the phone call I was already feeling uncomfortable, they asked me for a some details that weren't really needed. Then they send a couple people over. Started kind of normally, they looked at the roof and the attic, probably took around 15-20 minutes. Then they say give us some time to get the quote together and we'll show what we found. Another 15 minutes or so later they come back in with a case. They start by showing me some video and pictures of what they saw. They didn't point out why I was seeing water specifically at this point in my ceiling. Basically just pointing out every little thing that looks imperfect about the roof and saying "it's pretty much leaking everywhere". Then they start the infomercial. The first thing they do is ask "what price are you expecting" then show "average" prices for a new roof in the past year. Is that for a similar house to mine? Is that including houses 4 times the size of mine? There's no way of confirming this data during their little presentation. Then they start explaining how their service differs from the competition. Some more videos of their crew working on a roof, how they train their crew. Certain aspects make sense, but at one point they ask "do you know what integrity is". From this point on it seems like they are trying to lead things to I don't know anything and they know everything, trying to make me the dumb guy that's amazed by everything in their infomercial. Then they explain all the materials they use, handing me samples and things and asking me stupid questions basically "this material our competitors use is bad right? these materials you're holding are way better right?" Then go over the differences between different three tiers: something like basic, premium, and ultimate. And they review the differences and the materials like three times. So another half hour to 40 minutes later, they finally show me the quote. Around 20k. The basic being 19k, middle tier at 20k and the Ultimate at 21k. With absolutely no explanation to how they came up with that number. You'd think with all the materials they just explained to me, they could give me a quote including how each of those materials contribute to this price. Clearly, they have been spending these last 40 minutes buttering me up for a price they know is way higher than it needs to be, and it indeed was higher than I was expecting. Also, the difference between their low tier and higher tier service is so small, they're just pushing their ultimate bs. So I basically told them, that's not the price I was expecting, but I'm not familiar with everything about roofing, so I'll need to think about it ask some other people about what they're pitching to confirm I really need the things they say I need. This turned into another 40 minutes of them questioning me about basically why i didn't just happily accept the price they said. It started with me saying "I need to think about it" and it practically turned into an argument where I had to almost yell at them "I'm not committing to anything right now". I never said "no" or "that's a bs price", but they interrogated me about their made up number as if I'm the a--hole. Eventually conceded that I'm not just going to spend 20k on a whim when I called for a repair and a quote. I was almost to the point of saying "you need to leave", and now I kind of regret being so polite with them in the first place. After all of this, they did not care at all that I still have this hole in my ceiling. They claim the only solution is to replace the entire roof, there's nothing they can do to stop water from coming in between now and when they would do the work. They were dismissive, saying "well you patch this and patch that and overall you're paying more", they didn't understand that the whole reason I called was because I have water dripping on my TV. They seemed to think the reason I called them was to experience an infomercial right in my own living room. So 15 minutes for them to look at my roof then another hour and 45 minutes of sales pitch and arguing later. I feel bad that there's people who cave into that bs, then potentially having issues during and after installation would just make it that much worse. read more

We were planning to get our roof replaced and I had done a lot of research on what the average costs should be for a roof of the size we had on our home. I investigated the different grade shingles, underlayment, venting options, average labor cost, warranties, etc. We obtained four quotes and Victors Home Solutions came in $10,000 higher than all others for exactly the same services offered by the others that included a tear off, replace a few pieces of plywood, and clean up. The salesperson could not explain why the price was so high and we quickly concluded the conversation. I had written a not so great review for Victor's Home Solutions after receiving no response from writing them an email and calling back in 2023 when the roof was done. The review got a response where direct contact did not. They agreed to pay me for my time (as long as I removed the review) after I collected more than 50 roofing nails from around my property and in my gutters, and also sharp metal flashing in the yard. They also destroyed most of the gutter guards that according to the contract, were supposed to be taken off and saved. Most were ruined after being ripped off, not unscrewed. I found them in the dumpster. I contacted them a month ago as my basement has flooded a few times, most recently with the rain in March. The shingles come over the gutters 3 inches in most spots. The person came out and said they were only over an inch. I have the pics to show that they are over 3 inches. That overhang is causing most of the water to go right over the gutters. He told me he would get in touch with his manager first thing in the morning. That was over a month ago. I'm going to have to hire a new company to fix what needs to be done. read more

These folks are absolute crooks and take advantage of elderly people. My elderly mother hired them to install a roof on her home and cottage, which are across the street from one another. Between the two, the cost was $60k...$22k for a less than 1400sf home! High-pressure sales, zero information break down of the associated costs, they left a mess in the yards and their employee actually wrote a positive review for himself and crew and hood-winked her into signing off on it so they could put it on their site - noting it would help him get a promo in the company. I've been calling to try and get a detailed breakdown of how the estimate was prepared and unsurprisingly, no one seems to have documentation of it. Complete sham of a company. read more

While I want to remain optimistic that the end product, the roof, is high quality and will stand the test of time, the installation process was not satisfactory and I would characterize the sales process as misleading. The install took longer than expected. Some extra time was expected given the size and scope of the job but an extra day was required due to failure to have and obtain sufficient material and communication about status was substantially absent after the first afternoon. Further, though rain was not predicted, it happened, and the ridge was left uncovered resulting in water in our house. Very unprofessional. I understand the roofing process is invasive and makes a mess, the team broke lights, trashed landscaping, ripped screens, grill and fire pit covers, etc. My impression is Victors proposes a more expensive, but higher quality product and project. As I noted, my hope is the product stands the test of time. The project certainly did not and it came up well short on your promises of transparency, accessibility and courtesy. Adding insult to injury, your office manager showed up a time or two, made promises about follow up only to disappear and not fulfill his promises. Really bad look. This review is long but I suggest you read before going with them. I am so disappointed in the job that was done to my roof I'm literally in tears. As a first time home buyer I was so excited to have this brand new roof... After getting 4 estimates at a lower cost than Victors (10-14k lower) we still CHOOSE Victors due to the ratings and the sales person that came to do our estimate. He showed us a video of how bad our roof was, he was incredible. He didn't ever come off as trying to get us to do something that simply just didn't need to be done. He was wonderful and the only thing I am happy with. Other then him mentioning we would need new gutters as well and my husband and I told him we also wanted the gutters replaced but once the contract came to sign gutters wasn't even on there. Getting to the roof.. the crew came early and put a huge tall net around my whole home..the whole time they were working we let them be. The first thing we noticed that went wrong was them busting a hole inside our wall going into our home. We mentioned it to Mando and he couldn't care less. Well I definitely care. This is my first home purchase and we worked our butts off to purchase it. After the job was complete they are supposed to to run a metal detector around the yard not once but twice. That was not done. There was nails and screws all throughout my yard as well as parts of materials. I have two young kids and two dogs and I'm worried they will get hurt or I will get a nail or screw in my tires. Next my husband goes up on the roof to check it out and that's where we see the sloppy work. I was blown away. We choose victors due to the reviews. I easily could have saved a chunk of money by going with a different company if I didn't spend hours reading all the reviews for Victors. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied I have been in tears. When you bust your butt to buy a home and work hard for years to get to this point it's extremely disappointing when your paying a HUGE amount on a brand new roof to have a sloppy job done. I reached out and I'm waiting to hear back from someone higher up. If I could rate this lower I would. I was told I would have several different people stop by during the day to check on the job the crew was doing and to speak with us. Not one person stopped by. I'm just so upset and disappointed that I chose this company. I am not a customer, nor will I ever. Yesterday a crew came out to put a roof on the neighbor. They let trash from shingles blow in my yard and did not pick it up, after several hours of it being there. I did so and let them know that I will do their work and pick it up myself. Then when they left they put the most hideous bright yellow dumper that is broken down in front of MY house. I found their number to text and let them know of this situation. Next day, first thing today I called , sent texts and emails. I finally got a call at 10:39 AM. Not sure what first thing means to people but that ain't it in any book I have ever read. When I did get the call they guy said that they had to because the neighbor couldn't get out of the drive. Total lie. I sent pics where I showed them that that was not the case. NEVER EVER do business with a company that disrespect and disregards your neighbors. This is one of them. They are doing me a favor and going to get it moved by 1-2 pm today. Victors replaced my entire roof at a cost of $18,000 only to have the leak return a year later. The cause of the leak was from the chimney, victors explained that fixing a leak is a process of elimination, our house is 30 yo and we needed a roof. This statement is exactly the opposite of their television and radio commercials,they advertise state of the art diagnostic equipment and inspection to determine the exact cause.
