They started job about three weeks after making deposit. Showed up on time and got it done. Each day they worked hard, and then cleaned up before they left. Took four days total to complete the project. No complaints, no adjustments needed, no returns to fix anything. Everything was perfect. We originally had shutters around the windows but I wasn't convinced I liked them. So Andy (owner) offer idea for custom aluminum trim. Showed me pictures of what he's done before. I Called GAF (Shingle Manufacturer ) and found out they NEVER Submitted samples !( can you say FRAUD) In addition Rapid Roof not GAF closed my case on April 13 2026 claiming it was no longer needed because they had REPLACED MY ROOF ! This was a total lie .Stay away from these people they are sugary sweet on the phone and in person but when truly needed they are never around and NEVER return calls !Bill Beaty the original owner has passed and the new owners are running this business into the ground !
