R&R 360 Construction Services

Reached out to R&R 360 Construction Services after seeing a Nextdoor post of neighbors highly…read morerecommending their work. The business owner Tamer (Tim) was quick to respond and quick to schedule. He did a walk through of our home talking through future work planned. Our immediate job of laundry room remodel was quickly quoted and scheduled. Tim talked through the options and was very supportive of giving recommendations. Knowing our subfloor had leveling issues and was creaky we decided best was to go for full tile floors instead of keeping laminate / vinyl. We had subfloor work, new porcelain tile, beadboard accent wall, and new thresholds by R&R 360. We were given the freedom to choose our floor tiles locally. The work was completed super efficiently within 2 days. Tim was on site overseeing the team off and on. When I had follow up questions he was quick to respond. Highly recommend this business and I will be reaching out for future work. Thank you!

R&R 360 did a great job for us! This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet…read morethen gave them a call to create a bathroom, bedrooms in our new finish basement. Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves. The project was completed faster than we planned. Tim, the owner was very professional, helpful and tried his best to accommodate us. I would recommend R&R 360 to anyone looking to finish their basement and would most certainly use them again!

Murray's Roofing and Siding

Murray's Roofing and Siding

Well it's been about 3 years since Murray's installed the roof and it looks great. I would highly…read morerecommend these guys. I even called them back to see about doing some siding but apparently they don't do it anymore. But if you want a quality job done on your roof call Reed at Murray's.

So... when the guy (Reed, the owner) came to my house to give me an estimate I told him I read his…read morereviews online - he brought up the original Yelp review here and stated that it was unfounded, that he had GoogleVoice and knows exactly when people call and when he calls them back and that the person was exaggerating... so I decided to disreguard the review and move forward with the company, because the roofing estimate I got was reasonable. However.... I also asked for a siding estimate and was told he would call me back later that night or the next day with the estimate. After 10 days and 3 calls from ME to him, I FINALLY got a return call on a Friday night at 8pm with the estimate, and the explanation that "the siding guy was out of town on a funeral and he couldn't get a hold of him..." - While I thought it was a little unprofessional that he didn't call me to update me on that, I decided ...ok a funeral - I'll give the benefit of the doubt on that, and I told him that I'd like his company to do the roofing and siding. He told me that he would get in touch with me in the next couple of days after he got a date from the siding guy. That was May 2 (which I'm sure he can confirm on his googlevoice) I called several times in the 2 weeks following, and always got sent to voice mail, somtimes it didn't even ring 1 whole time and he sent my calls directly to voicemail - NEVER returning my calls once (I ALSO have googlevoice, so i CAN confirm this...) Finally after 2 weeks, I decided that even if he did return my call, I couldn't trust him to be reliable and I was going to seek out additional estimates and find a new company... which I did, and had my roof done (by Demoss and Sons for more than $1000 LESS too actually) just 2 days after I had the estimate and signed the contract !! Much better!!! So I'm thinking this guy must not have wanted my business, I told him I WANTED TO HIRE him, and he totally blew me off. Believe it or not on May 30, literally 28 DAYS AFTER I called and said I'd like his company to do the roof/siding he calls me and leaves a nonchalant voicemail saying "Hey this is Reed with Murrays, just calling to see if next week would be an ok time to start your project" - SERIOUSLY???? 28 DAYS LATER!??!?? Why would you even bother calling me back at this point?!?? What kind of customer service is that??? HORRIBLE!!! If you can't count on them to call you back after you've expressed that you WANT to hire them.... how can you count on them to show up and get the job done correctly!!! I wouldn't hire them even if you paid me!!

At the time we also had them install a gutter along the front of the house, which was another $450. Immediately we realized the leak was still happening so called them to come back out. He came back out twice, told us he couldn't find the source of the leak, and when I asked him what I should do he said "no idea" and left it at that. I had another roofing company come out and they diagnosed the issue. They showed me where big Ike's just slapped a bunch of silicone on the roof in spots and hoped it fixed the issue. The new roofing company was able to fix the leak. We then noticed that the gutter Big Ike's installed seem to be collecting ice. I had another gutter company come out and take a look. Big Ike's had sloped the gutter incorrectly and installed the pipe inside out and upside down. It all has to be ripped off and redone. I am furious.

Then, I was unhappy with the installation. They left big gaps between the shingles and the roof, the drip guard was lifting and warping, and the roof seemed to slope inward after installation. It took numerous phone calls before someone came out and addressed my issues. A few months later the drip guard started warping again so bad the shingles were starting to lift. I called them again. I was told the problem was because of structural damage to the roof. I had another roofer come out and inspect my roof. He said there was NO structural damage to the roof. NEVER once since I've been dealing with the company did anyone say there was structural damage. They're using that as an excuse to not repair the drip guard.
