Swift roofing did a roof for me in 2021. We had water damage in my sons room after they did a tear off of the roof to fix this. We called the owner to have him come out and look at the damage. He left telling us he needs to reach out to his manufacturers and would get back to us that day. It has been over a week and we have not heard back from him. We have called everyday with no response. Highly recommend this roofing company. Prior to our scheduled roof replacement, we had a roof leak and called them to put tarp on the roof. They came within a couple hours and took care of it without additional fee. We really appreciated the customer service. Price is reasonable. The job took almost the entire day and he had 7-8 people working. When we found some nails on our driveway and backyard, we called them to do a sweep of the area and they came the next day. Not only his team is good at what they do, Jim is honest and professional. The owner has been running this company into the ground. At one point, Jim had a relative for a secretary and handed out magnets and cups to incentivise customers. He even had good customer service. But that seems to have come to an end. After providing a quote for a roof repair, I had Jim come back out to confirm the price and he didn't even call on day of the appointment; no call no show. I gave him another chance and afterward I waited for the financing information, but he never sent it. Jim then proceeded to ignore the rest of my correspondence. I left numerous voicemail messages and Jim refuses to answer the telephone. This is not how you do business with people. I'll find another roofing contractor and I suggest you do the same. read more

We had some water damage in our entryway and water literally dripping out of our light fixture in one of our bathrooms every time it heavily rained. We contacted a few roofing places on Yelp, and Swift Services was the only one that either got back to us or agreed to come out given some of the water damage was coming from our balcony and many companies said they can't fix the issue if it's not on the actual roof. Jim came out right on time for our scheduled appointment, and within a minute he found one of the issues and told me he could fix it on the spot if I had a few shingles left from the roof. I didn't have any, so he had someone come out within a few days to fix it before we were about to have another few days of heavy rain in the forecast. For the balcony, it just needed a rubber mat be attached to the existing roofing to cover the whole area so that water couldn't get in. Once that piece was ready, Jim had someone come out to install it and even help remove the existing railing for us. Everything was fixed within 2 weeks, and so far no water in the house even after a few days of heavy rain! Best part, everything was fixed for only $750, and the payment was super easy with an online payment once all the work was completed. Everyone was very nice to work with, and it was honestly the easiest home project out of the countless we've had since buying our house last year! read more

This is a family business, and they were incredibly friendly, got the job done quickly, and at a great price. We just had some side panels that were blown off our house during the storms. Jim was swift in getting his quote to me for gutters. There was a snafu with installers not replacing wood rot on facias but Jim came out and dropped off off replacement wood for me to prime and paint - and then decided he would replace ALL the wood so dropped off more! He uninstalled the gutters, nailed up new wood and replaced gutters and then came back to put up leaf guards. Spent a lot of his own time and money to make it right and it looks fabulous. I had a few shingles that had become loose during heavy winds. When I called Swift, the receptionist was very helpful and friendy, and setup an appt the next day. The next day the owner, Jim, came out and inspected my roof. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He secured the shingles that had been affected by the wind and sealed my chimney. Good better best is how he categorized the product with pricing. I felt confident that he was the one for the roofing project. The Team arrived on time and workers were polite, personable and proficient at there roofing expertise. They cleaned up the debris left from the job. Well pleased with the out come. The gutters where put on a few weeks later due to inclement Weather , waiting for gutter cover to shield from leaves in the fall.
