Before…read morethe replacement, I lived here about 10 years prior, I've never had any interior leaking until AFTER they replaced the roof. We've complained about it to Roof-Rite when we noticed water coming inside (2021). They did send out someone to "check", but they never found anything obvious, yet it was still leaking into the interior. I emailed Roof-Rite in 2022 about this issue the next winter, when it leaked again and explained this, but they basically told me to "go pound sand", because it was "an act of God" and they won't cover any damage. It wasn't until we had an exterminator out to capture a squirrel in our attic about 3 years ago, that the exterminator found a huge hole in the overhang/soffit crevice that butts up directly to the upper roof (house with upper & lower roofs, with multiple conjoined areas). This is where the squirrel was getting in. The exterminator did the best he could to fix it, and it was fine for a few years. Although, it's leaking again in 2026. Keep in mind, we've had extremely mild winters here in 2019 & 2020, along with 2022, 2023 & 2024, until this winter, 2025/2026. So, why was it that the exterminator, back in 2022, found a hole in that area that allowed squirrels to enter the attic space, and also allowed water intrusion? Roof-Rite would've found it, had they done their due diligence. Instead, the deflected, as if it was my fault and that I'm on my own. The common denominator here is Roof-Rite, and the lack of quality work/diagnosis, AFTER they did the work and were paid. Roof-Rite made it clear that they wouldn't do anything.

Price was the secont lowest but only missed best price by about 60 bucks. The other company seemed more lacksidasial. I know its a quick standard job, but its still my garage. Also several friends of mine have used them and all had a great experience. When job day came, they called to tell me when they would be dropping off the dumpster and materials, and the next day the guys did the work and got it dome in a day. The guttet guard were a few days later (this was stated beforehand, so no worries). In the end it was all done well, no surprises, and im very satisfied. I would gladly use them again.

I tried to schedule an appointment with him to come give us a quote and review the job. After giving him a few more details about placement, access, etc,. We set up a window that he could stop by that day. He didn't make it. The next morning, he apologized because he said there was an emergency roof repair that lasted all day - no problem... i get it. He asked if she would be availble that night, we said yes any time between 5pm-9pm. At 7pm we got a message that he hadnt checked his phone and that he could stop by the day after. We set up another time frame where he would stop by, never showed... you get the point. All in all, we were no showed 3 times, and rescheduled several. Not sure if it was too good to be true. If he really had more emergencies pop up. Or if he just didn't want to do this small job... but it was a lot of time wasted, schedule movement on my wifes end to make it work, just for no work to ever happen. Very unfortunate.

Chatting with him after he finished, I learned he does a little bit of everything so I had him look at a few more projects. He was knowledgeable and gave me a few tips for my garage's roof. I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me or over charge. I always try to hire local or small businesses for that reason. Logan is honest and straight forward.
