The roof install went smooth and was complete within a day. We did have an issue with a section of roof shingles and a chimney flashing that weren't installed correctly at first but was later corrected 8 weeks later. It took a long time to get someone back out here to correct the issue. I was disappointed that the owner didn't respond to me directly however a company rep did help us in the end and everything was resolved. Glass block windows were installed for the basement and turned out great! The install time was only a few hours. The basement gets a lot more natural light now. New Gutters transformed the house made a big difference. Took a few hours for the contractor to install. The windows were installed in a day with 2 installers completing the job. We had an issue with a marble window sill cracking after the install. We were able to resolve the issue with the installer finding an almost identical sill which turned out to be a better fit. Very happy with the end result. Our energy bills have already gone down compared to the previous year. Large home projects can be difficult. Home owners must understand that there can and will be bumps in the road with any project. We were very happy and impressed in the end. The value of our home has gone way up since the appraisal. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is going to be long…read more.. I hired them for two services. The first was the siding for my entire house. Up until the contract was signed, the salesperson Gerald was great. He went above and beyond to get me samples and worked with me as I kept going back and forth on colors. I wanted to order windows at the same time, but Gerald didn't have the right paperwork with him so he told me to wait till he came out again to go through the final inspection. He gave me a quote of $500/ window since I did the big siding job. The installation went pretty good, the guys that were contracted out did a pretty good job (some spots were done halfway) but overall, it was fine. Then Gerald came out to do the final walk through and did the contract for the windows. He did a quick measurement of the windows and wrote up the contract and took my deposit. He then said it was $550/window. Not a big difference, but enough to be annoying and make me feel like he was taking advantage of me. I called him out on it and he said he was done with me and I can deal with the office. Thankfully he texted all of this so I have the proof of how unprofessional he was. Maybe 8 weeks later, I called the office to see when the windows would be in, since they haven't even measured yet. The woman who answered said that someone measured them already. I asked when and she said that they did it from the outside of the house. That seemed odd to me but she said it's how they do it and the windows will be in soon. Few more weeks later, I called again to check in and she said they were on order. Few weeks again, I called, and they finally set up the appointment. The windows get delivered and the installation guys arrive. Guess what? Wrong size windows ordered. Turns out they never sent anyone out to measure like they told me, and when I called, they realized it and they used the very incorrect measurements that Gerald took, even though the contract states that it was an estimate and professionals will be out to measure correctly. So I call again and they say that the new windows will be ordered to fix their mistake. Few more weeks go by, and I check in again, and they said they windows were in but nobody called me. By this point, it has now been months. Anyways, they come with the new windows and guess what? Wrong color this time. The original contract and the first set of windows were the right color, but this second set was white when it needed to be almond to match the window right next to it. And to top it off, the trim around the windows were damaged so I need to repaint. Not to mention that their caulking job is horrible too, so that looks like a job that I did myself, not a professional one. So yet again, I call and they apologize, and say they are ordering another set. Then the owner has the installation guy call me and say that he didn't want to pay to order more windows and would be it ok if they painted the window frame to match. Ummm, no! So they say they will order new windows again. That was in maybe early February, then COVID happened in March and it is now July and I haven't heard a thing from them and I doubt I will. I would never ever recommend this company, to anyone, regardless of the price. I don't know what kind of crooked people are running this place and what they think they can get away with, but I feel like my 8-year old is more organized than the people working there. I would have happily paid 2x as much to go with a reputable company, this place didn't deserve my business at all. Stay far away, not worth the hassle or poor job that you'll receive. Now I have to look at my miss-matched windows as a constant reminder of the poor decision I made to go with them.
