We may not be there at 8:30 am as we do numerous jobs per day." I went outside at 7:00 to walk my dog & they pulled up in the street. I yelled to them that they said 8:30 or later & that I still had to get my car out of the garage. I thought they yelled back, "No problem". Then they turned the truck around and left! (If I hadn't been outside @ 7:00 am & they did the job, my car would have been stuck in the garage for 2 days!) When they didn't return, I called their office & spoke to Lisa 3x that day. She said that she would call me back as soon as she heard from the guys. No return call that day. I emailed. No response. The next day when I still hadn't heard back, I called & left a msg. No response. I realize that I had been ghosted by this company. Initially, I had been impressed by Steve & Lisa's timely responses to my questions by phone & email. Based on that, I hired them. Truly, I am bewildered by this lack of response & now realize that I may have dodged a bullet. If no response is their response to a scheduling misunderstanding, I can't imagine if there had been a problem after job completion??!! It's simply puzzling why they think this is a good business practice.

Nik just finished my basement and I am very happy with the work and final result. Nik stayed on budget, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. He did what he said he was going to do and was here when he said he would be.
