A neighbor recommended this place, I called today and they were able to fit me in today as well. Mike showed up and was able to diagnose the problem, clean the fireplace and fix the problem, and was in and out of my house within an hour. The cost was $400, when I called on the phone they said costs usually started at $200, but this was fine by me because I believe he had to replace a part and do a bit more work to get the fireplace to work. They do take credit cards and there are no fees to use one, also. Based on this experience I would absolutely use Ace Fireplace again if I was having fireplace issues.

Rick and Kalen did a very professional job removing the old caulk and applying the new caulk ensuring no voids or gaps where further water damage could occur. Additionally, there was an area not visible from ground level above two of the windows that also needed to be fixed but was not initially quoted which they agreed to do at no additional charge.
