They worked together and made sure everything was working correctly and that I was completely satisfied with the door before they left. My old one-piece wooden garage door was very heavy and the garage was around 80 years old. Nothing was square anymore, yet they were able to place a new garage door without too much difficulty. I appreciated that they took the time to explain to me everything they were doing each step along the way. I am so happy to have a new, working, beautiful garage door. Love this company. I am now in a situation where I have to do the majority of household upkeep as my husband is suffering from early dementia. That being said, my husband had "misplaced" our garage door remote so I had to order a new one. I called on Tuesday and the very friendly receptionist got me in for Wednesday - the very next day! Dillion, the service rep, was here bright and early, very professional and very friendly. Got on the ladder that I didn't want to climb, programed the remote and made sure it was operational. I spoke with Cole, regarding a wood framed window that was stuck wide open at my mother's home. He was willing to put a rush on a replacement window, knowing that it is storm season. I had the window taped up with Plastic Sheeting, and was at wits end in trying to resolve the issue. He suggested trying Lemon Pledge, before ordering a new window. If you want a cheap, basic door, this isn't the company for you. Personally, we wanted a fire rated sturdy door with a warranty on the door and installation, and that's exactly what they offer. It was like 1400 bucks, not terrible at all. read more
