I didn't want to go through with an entire replacement right away so he helped me find out the belt needed replacing, and even how I could get it myself (it was a rare old style). He had even tried finding and fitting new belts from his truck before he ended up helping to figure out exactly what to order. He was very kind and educational with how to replace it since I wanted to try some DIY. And was not at all condescending, and even left new spare parts, and didn't charge me anything- even though tried to insist. Just an all around great experience I will definitely use this company again. Genuinely wanted to help.

It was okay that I wasn't there, because the door was stuck open. True to word, technician Brad phoned me from my driveway and told me what he believed was wrong with the door (we agreed). He was there at 2:20! He gave me an estimate over the phone, which I verbally approved. When I got home at 4:15, the door was repaired and he had a new remote control for me. He showed me what he did to repair it. I paid with my Visa the exact amount he quoted me, and he drove away. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The phone was answered by a real person who exhibited kindness and professionalism. She told me the technician's name, and I could see his photo on the website. They do background checks and drug testing of their employees. The technician was early, in uniform, and very professional. I am very pleased.
