I took a lock off my bike, went down to Hack's, and half an hour later I had a key (and copies!) that would let me ride again. It cost $20 for the first key, every key thereafter was a reasonable $4. Those are pretty good rates - this isn't the first time I've had to do something like this.

I was told the key would arrive within a few days, but that deadline passed without any update. The locksmith finally showed up on September 26, more than two weeks later, but arrived unprepared and said he didn't have the proper tool to replace the battery in the fob. He verbally promised he'd return and finish programming it at no additional cost, but when I asked for written confirmation, he refused at first then sent me a I give you my word but didn't want to put what that was for probably so there wasn't evidence. When I mentioned that many other negative reviews described this exact same situation, he became visibly upset, refused to even take the keys back, abruptly ended the interaction, and sped away from my property without completing the job. At the end of this ordeal, I still do not have a working key fob, which was the entire reason I hired this company. I strongly advise anyone reading this to believe the negative reviews, the similarities speak for themselves, and unfortunately, I experienced the exact same issues others warned about.
