Probably so they can avoid telling you the truth. A sewer line inspection cost $500, when surrounding companies charge $250. The only sewer line diagnostic prices on their website say $99. You should absolutely be notified when scheduling what the actual price will be, if it's different than posting. Not showing up at the inspection with a ridiculous price knowing n there's a very limited window to have these inspections done. When called, the general manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The individual that came out to do my inspection was kind and professional, though. So this is obviously a management/owner deficiency.
