We met with several companies, including some larger painting firms but after meeting Jerome it felt like a breath of fresh air. In the initial site visit/estimate we got to learn about Hansen painting co in which Jerome after 30 years of industry experience started his own company. Jerome was friendly, easy to talk to, detail oriented, professional and had a great sense of humor! He ensured in our meeting that we understood his process and had a clear understanding of the work he includes - as well he made super helpful suggestions regarding paint brands, finishes/sheen and helped my wife build confidence in all color selections. Jerome scheduled the work 2 weeks out. The first day they taped, covered everything and got right to it. Jerome was on site with his employees working with them the whole day and it was clear the respect his whole team had for him and how they adopted his values and craftsmanship. Jerome and his team finished full interior paint on our 3000sqft home 2 days ahead of schedule! The day before finishing, Jerome walked through with me and pointed out the small touch ups him and his team were completing the next day prior to closing out, and insisted we point out anything we were unhappy with, in which he called out anything I noticed and more. to be honest I was still in awe of the quality of work. I've done many remodeling projects and couldn't be happier with what Hansen painting Co and Jerome have done to completely transform my home! Since it is new house and we were bringing lots of new furniture into the house, inevitability scratching walls, the team came back once we settled and filled all new scratches on the walls, and painted small imperfections we created. I rehired them again 6 months later, since there were several small painting projects all over the house. They came again, did great job painting and did not even charge me, stating they considered it as part of the larger work they did for us earlier. The only way to make it right was to repaint the living room ceiling so there were no flaws. I called a lot of companies and they were booked out until October and November and their prices were high . David came today, 4 days later on Saturday and did my ceiling. Talk about a reasonable price. He was so thorough and careful I was impressed. He got done in 2 hours and it was perfect. My dining room is connected to the living room and he did not have to do the dining room as he matched the paint perfectly. I am a hard person to please as I have a little OCD. He didn't even have to use painters tape to edge the ceiling. Not a spec of paint anywhere. If you need someone to do painting he is your guy!
