However, let me warn you that everything on display must be ordered. That is not the problem in itself, but what they do is hold orders and withhold shipping from the manufacturer making it a 4-6 week overall time to get your fixtures. And, they will not tell you that prior to leaving your deposit. Not surprising, because why would you order fixtures from them knowing that? If there was a legitimate reason that fixtures actually took that long, it would be understandable, but these are fixtures that the manufacturer has in stock now. Fixtures you could order online and get in a few days, or go to a local light store and have in stock. Ray's lighting, this is a very unethical way of doing business. And, no matter how many years you have been in business, you need to change your business model to be successful in the future.

They claimed they couldn't install it because I was "missing a wire," then went to Home Depot and bought a cheap basic fan instead -- which I paid for. The install included venting outside the house and cost way more than it should have, but I let it go because I just wanted proper air circulation. Fast forward to August 2025 -- the fan completely stopped working. It no longer pulls air at all. I contacted them to ask about warranty on their installation. It is now January 2026 and they have never responded. Expensive install. Low-quality results. Zero accountability. Once they get paid, don't expect them to stand behind their work. Would not recommend.
