They did have a charge associated with having the architect come out that was very small. I can't remember what it was, but it will be baked into the ultimate project payments. Did I shop around? Well... no. These guys have done a lot of work on my house. They have amazing integrity, good pricing from my past shopping around, I can trust them with my dogs and we are mimicking the amazing front porch design they created for me so it just makes sense to stay with a company I trust. A ++ on communication - everyone showed up when they said they were going to or called if running late, which i really appreciated. Williams was called out to fix my failed central air…read more Your Acmer opened the outside unit, found a CAPACITOR, with a rusty case, & replaced it. Along with it, another component was added! The system still didn't work. Then a burned connection was found & fixed. Now the system works. The problem is, I checked the CAPACITOR, being in the electronics field for 50 years, & found both sides of it were good. This type of repair sits poorly with me because the $76 of parts that were put in, WERE UNNECESSARY!
