When I was looking for a team to help me get electrical and HVAC into my shed office (which…read moreincluded a fairly long underground cable run), Friendly came in with strong pricing and a can-do attitude that made a potentially complicated project seem really doable. Also, when winter weather delayed my insulation installation (and thus drywalling), Paul and the team also worked me with me over the course of several months to schedule and complete the final electrical and HVAC installation. I enjoyed working with the Friendly Team and would encourage others to consider them for any project.

They used a unique waterproofing process that was impressive. They also replaced all of our basement drain lines and outside sewer lines. Their pricing was very similar to other quotes we received. However, we chose to go with them because they were highly recommended by our neighbors. We could not be happier with all the work they did. We highly recommend them!

I called Attles Plumbing, Heating and Cooling because I had a plumbing emergency. There was…read moresomething causing a plug in my main water line. The owner of this business came promptly to my home to assess the problem, and then sent his "workers" to help me. His workers came three (3) days in a row and all they accomplished was tearing my house down. I had to call another company who promptly fixed the problem. There was no protection for my home. The auger ate up the bottom of my walls, there were no tarps used on my carpet and floors; and one of the workers used the walls throughout my home to steady himself. Dirt and oil all on my walls. I noticed on the last night they were when I erroneously thought that the problem was corrected, that there were smudges on my bedroom wall. I explained to the owner of the business (Malik Attles) that there was no reason for this gentleman to be in my bedroom. This being the case, I knew I needed to be on alert. Fast forward a few days later, two gold bracelets are missing, that I know of. May be more items missing. I called the owner after realizing the theft, and it became obvious that he had blocked me, and I had to use another number. Then, all that he could say is that, "he didn't know what to say." When a company comes into a customer's home it is incumbent on the owner to send credible, healthy, non-rogue individuals. I'm putting in my police report and I advise everyone to steer clear of this contractor.

Over the years, it has been difficult to find contractors that work on boilers, and it was during Covid that I got a recommendation for Koz heating when I asked who works on boilers. I would almost have to say that they specialize in boilers because the first time I had a repair the gentleman was so knowledgeable about everything going on with my boiler which was from the 1970s. This past Sunday I started having a leak in the basement so when I called the phone number they asked if I wanted an emergency call on Sunday or wanted to wait until Monday but I was concerned so he came out on Sunday and was able to tell right away that the boiler was shot. He said he would have to schedule it as soon as possible after he was able to order a boiler and he told me to plan on them working on it from eight in the morning until six at night. They showed up with three trucks and six guys the following Thursday and they were actually there from about 8:45 AM until 9:15 PM and it looks perfect and it works perfect. Thank you to Koz Heating and all of the wonderful guys who put in a great new quiet and energy efficient boiler!!!

Fish Electric is great. Honestly! They are polite, diligent, knowledgeable and quick for the work…read morethat needed doing. Sean and TJ arrived within the scheduled time window and immediately began work. A few hours later and we now have a new microwave installed, two ceiling fans, a light fixture and a new switch for the kitchen light. I am so relieved to have a working home, finally. The previous owners had some really odd wiring put in and had the ceiling fans on dimmer switches, which is a great way to burn out the fan, so the dimmers were replaced with simple on/off switches. They also rewired the clothes dryer and put it on its own circuit. I'm very impressed. This has been one of the better experiences I've had with contractors. Sean and I also had some wild coincidences - the previous owner of my home moved and Fish Electric did some work on their new home a few years ago, then comes to the house they used to live in to finally correct all the electrical issues, which we had been putting off for years. High praise for Fish Electric! They're like doctors of electricity. You would do very well by contracting them as they will not let you down. They're very confident and proud of the work they do, which is much appreciated since we've had quite a few other contractors here for other issues who didn't seem to care one way or the other. Fish is the opposite of that. If you need quality electrical work, I would not hesitate to recommend them! :)

We called someone recommended by a friend but they were on vacation and recommended Vince at Bridge. Despite being a holiday, they were over the next morning and got us back up and running by early afternoon. He and Mike went above and beyond, helping move the tree limb off the wire, rehanging the ATT cabling that was also ripped down, to say nothing about getting our power restored on a holiday and secured everything better than what it was before the storm. They were incredibly affordable as well. We had some other businesses wanting a diagnostic fee to come out or wouldn't come by until DTE did - Vince and Mike saved the day.
