Safety King came was very responsive when gathering quotes on Yelp. Their quote for our house…read morebased on square footage was in the middle of the three quotes I had gotten, but their ratings and reviews pushed me to give them the business. They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.

While I appreciated the speedy response and was glad to speak to Michael with more information…read moreabout my house, I felt he was talking at me rather than with me (sort of like an old-fashioned used car salesman). I gather the service is very good based on most of the reviews, but the $600 estimate (after a $25 discount) was way more than I expected. My home is not large and I do not have any reported problems with the vents.

They helped me change my air filters and showed me how to for next time. They were extremely thorough. In the past the places have been there for less than an hour and this was a much more in depth cleaning. I can already tell a difference in the air quality. Definitely recommend this business!

Duct Cleaning: 3/23/26 HERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS…read moreREVIEW: (MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS FROM JANUARY 2026) After giving me great service and my writing a well-deserved awesome review, this happened: I was moving into a new rental, and wanted DUSTOUT to clean the ducts there too, because who wouldn't?, after great service like this (it was my parents' home, originally). I was told they did the location, which was not too far from the previous location. DUSTOUT was a small company of 3 or 4 people, including the owner when I had my parents' ducts cleaned, and there was no answering service back in January. In fact, I spoke with the owner himself, who was helpful and knowledgable. In that they were a small company, I wanted to help them by making a point to give them a good review for good service. Fast forward to now, they have a whole answering service apparatus with a phone tree. Everyone loves an answering service with a phone tree! /s So I left a message with the details of the new job. They said they would call back. They didn't. I called *three more times* over the space of a week. I emailed the owner. Nothing. Crickets. I asked if they had new ownership and they said, "no". I asked for an estimate like last time, and now they tell me that they don't give estimates before they arrive. Now, one is supposed to allow them to come and they will tell you how much the job is after they arrive to do the job. (?) Who would agree to that? Not sure what to believe about DUSTOUT now. I have *still* not received a call back. I have not received an email back. So I hired another small company. I'll keep you guys posted on the job he does. I guess DUSTOUT used to be great, but I have no idea what is going on at this company now. I guess I'd say avoid DUSTOUT until they can get their act together. ***CERTIFICATION: They are no longer listed at the NADCA website as being "NADCA certified air duct cleaners" as of 3/23/26. Previously, I was told by DUSTOUT's owner that every member of their team was certified by NADCA.

The air is…read moregoing to go out on the hottest day of the year and the furnace will go out on the coldest ... We didn't really realize until later in the afternoon on Saturday that the air was out. C and C had installed our furnace and we've been happy with that so we decided to give them a call for the air. They were completely booked and told us to call back first thing on Sunday to get an appt that day. They also told us ahead of time the service call would be $200. It would go up to $250 on a Sunday. We said thanks and called Sunday morning right at 8 am when they opened. They already had one person ahead of us that day, and they would give us a call when they were on their way. We mentioned that we had tried to get an appt yesterday but since they were booked we had to wait until Sunday, and they honored the $200 rate for Saturday. In the meantime, I got a couple text messages from them introducing our technician, along with a photo of the tech so we would know who to expect when he got here, which I thought was great and really appreciated, especially if I was home by myself that day. I haven't had any other company do that so far and I really like the idea. The tech was efficient, clean, and wore a mask I'm the house. He diagnosed us with needing a new capacitor, replaced it, and was on his way. Everything took about 30 mins and our house is nice and cool again. Good experience with them and I would recommend

Asking you but more like forcing asking yes or no if you want services. There a lot great company out there. Just google and other site did not showed how this company gone down with customer service. Beware of Dayna or Hanna she was not so friendly at all. It's like she sound like she having bad day everyday.
