They walked us through all the new options that were available to us now, and explained the advantages, and disadvantages to us clearly. We love our LED lights so much that we added them in our master bedroom, and bathroom. They were never pushy or tied up with others. When you were with them they stayed with you and made you feel like you were the only customer. They know their stuff! We also put in all new screw less plates over our plugs and switches, that is a great clean look I highly recommend. We even bought new lamps from them for our bedroom. I walked around the whole place probably twice and not a single person approached me to help or talk. Everybody seemed to just be doing their own thing, so I walked out. Saw a few chandeliers and sink faucets I was interested in, but with that type of customer service - I'll take my money elsewhere.

The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height.
