One of our outlets went out, and Isaac was able to come over the next day to Hamtramck and figure out the problem. The problem was more complex than just the breaker going out, but he methodically tracked it down to a faulty outlet and got it fixed quick. In the process he found another safety concern (the primary ground not being connected to anything!) This is exactly the value of hiring an expert to do the job - you can save money by someone who can solve the immediate problem, but do you want to risk missing a bigger hidden problem? Not me! Isaac was really thorough and left everything better than he found it - capping off some loose wires, and replacing a cracked outlet cover. I had an issue with water leaking into my electrical system last year. Several electricians were booked up, and couldn't work on my house for months into the future. He came, gave me an estimate, and put a Weatherhead on my roof (it did not initially HAVE one, and this caused all of the problems.)
