I wish that I could rate more than 5 stars. I recently called Sparq Electric to have my electrical system inspected and a lighting fixture replaced. Isaac arrived at my home at the scheduled time. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, efficient & patient. In fact, he took the time to teach me about how electrical systems function and explained until I had a clear understanding. I am a "senior" and I was immediately "put at ease" by his demeanor, knowledge, confidence and business ethics. I might add that his fee, in my opinion, is very reasonable. I will definitely call this company for any future electrical needs. VERY satisfied customer here. read more

One of our outlets went out, and Isaac was able to come over the next day to Hamtramck and figure out the problem. The problem was more complex than just the breaker going out, but he methodically tracked it down to a faulty outlet and got it fixed quick. In the process he found another safety concern (the primary ground not being connected to anything!) This is exactly the value of hiring an expert to do the job - you can save money by someone who can solve the immediate problem, but do you want to risk missing a bigger hidden problem? Not me! Isaac was really thorough and left everything better than he found it - capping off some loose wires, and replacing a cracked outlet cover. Highly recommend, and will utilize his services again! read more

We had the wrong outside electrical plug. Issac responded quickly and came to the house in less than a week and replaced with the correct parts. And tested the new parts with our portable generator to make sure everything was working as expected. Very good response and I am very happy with Issac's work and customer service! Highly recommend! read more

Issac went out of his way to come to my mom's house the day we called when she was having an electrical problem with her hot water heater. Sparq is a small business but the owner is really good at what he does. He is professional and reasonably priced. He gives free quotes and is not a high pressure salesman. He'll give you options at different price points. I looked around for quotes and some of the bigger places took forever to get back to me. Not Sparq Electric! read more
