When my new custom countertop was an inch from being flush with the wall, he stuck a piece of used 1/4 round to fill the gap. My new Bosch dishwasher was crooked and not installed properly, the sink drain had a broken used part that could flood the kitchen, the sink was installed improperly and the countertop was caved in on the sides. The new expensive flooring was cut to far from the wall. A 240 line was nicked badly which could have burned down the house. For a new windowsill a piece of used baseboard was installed. The wiring was not code. The walls were a mess and had to be re-mudded and sanded. There is over 100 photos of the unlicensed handymans disgusting work. there is so much more but i would have to write a book. Any job that is over $600.00 requires a state license. Off to court we go!

You've been using it. Have you taken good care of it? Need a regular cleaning, these guys and their level 1 works. Level 2 - cleaning + chimney camera. $400. This seems sort of good if you know you have damage and want to see the extent of it. ---- Me: is the fireplace/chimney useable in a house I bought? Alpha and Omega: Get the Level 2! ----the problem is that if I'd just got a level 1, cracks would've been visible and would've indicated an multi-thousand dollar repair. I felt like I paid too much for an assessment of, what looked like, a fairly nice and clean fireplace. I'd recommend always start with a level 1. Im disappointed I let them talk me into a Level 2 from the start.
