When the City electrician came to inspect their work, they found multiple violations, including that the outlet was not dedicated, but instead connected to the same breaker as my fridge. The City electrician explained to me that if we had a bad storm and my sump pump got overloaded and killed the breaker, not only would my basement take on water but my fridge would go out and my food would go bad. National Electric NEVER told me they hooked my outlet up to the same breaker as my fridge; I paid them for a dedicated outlet I never received. The City electrician sent them the violations and told me they should reach out to me to correct them. Instead, I've been calling and emailing them for months and they conveniently say they will call me back or don't answer. They have never corrected the issues. Don't trust that the work they've said they've done is actually the work they've done.
