In the meantime, I talked to another electrician who came in and did a much more thorough check of my home before offering a quote. He also pointed out that things Corey was talking about doing such as upgrading to 200amp service weren't really necessary, while also determining by looking inside the electrical panel that my desire to make certain changes like separating rooms into their own breakers wouldn't be possible to do easily without a lot more labor and opening walls to find junction boxes. Ultimately, the other electrician gave me a better quote and was clearly more interested in getting the job, so I hired them instead. I still never ended up hearing back from Corey. Take that for what you will.

Without fail they have gone above and beyond my expectations. Pat Sprunger and his crews are polite, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Everyone inside the office that I have spoken with have always had a great attitude and seem to genuinely care for their customers. My generator installation 5 years ago was rather difficult and they got the job done on time and provided some necessary upgrades to my existing service panel without extra charge. Since then, they have always responded promptly to both routine service and emergency requests. I know the company offers many more services than just generator sales and service. Although I have not needed to utilize their other departments yet, I will think of them first when the need arises based on their exemplary past performance when the chips were down. They are hands down the best value for your money!

I paid for a new air…read moreconditioner and a few months later they sent out an unqualified tech to inspect the unit as part of a maintenance agreement and damaged it, leaving the frame dented and scratched. Spencer (Sharon's tech) told me he would get all of the parts to fix it and it is still not fixed. It has been since May 2025. Their slogan is "Here when you need us." That is far from the truth. They left my brand new unit in worse condition than when they found it. Spencer and the tech he brought that day were not qualified. They had a wire that was hooked up wrong on the cycling and was changed per the Bryant representative that came out. It was also listed in the report that Spencer was not certified by the manufacturer to work on Bryant units. I talked to the owner, Laura, many times about this matter and she blew me off and said she could not get the replacement parts. Laura lied and told me the replacement parts were not available. When I called another vendor about parts, the other vendor said that parts are available for the unit. Spencer offered my wife and I money back to settle on the damage. That is considered an admission of guilt. The owner, Laura, said that she didn't know that Spencer offered us money back, but he did. Sharon's has not given us any money back or given us the replacement parts that were promised to us. We had a unit that was working great, it was brand spanking new. It looked great and ran great until their unqualified techs took it apart. Now it's loud (no longer whisper quiet), and visibly dented and scratched. We spent a lot of time and money remodeling our outdoor living space in 2025 and now we have a loud unit that our guests comment on how loud it is when they spend time on our deck. Sharon's should have not taken apart a brand new unit that was working fine. I haven given Sharon's enough time to make this right. What a disappointment.

They said we'd instead need to rewire the whole bedroom where by they hoped they would then locate the problem on a second visit. They came back days later and after putting a small hole in the wall they decided to check that adjoining bedroom socket and lo and behold it had a loose wire and was the minor issue to totally fix the prob. They charged $500 for a 10 min prob which as electricians they should have thoroughly knew to check the first time! I totally question their knowledge in this field due to this. Also, they left a big mess, didn't wear boot gloves to prevent tracking mud in, and the totally worst part is that when 1 of them had the bed pulled out to check a socket behind it, the other guy laid his sweaty body across the top of our bed to watch! There is no way ever I'd recommend this company, even to my worst enemy, aye!

I saw that their company only had one review on here that seemed very biased and from a past…read moredisgruntled employee. So I wanted to make a point to give them an honest review. I had called around to try and get the best price on a smart doorbell and chime installation. Their price seemed the most competitive at what they were offering. So I went with them. New Years Day, a couple of guys show up on time and ready to work. They get started and immediately I was a little worried. One of the gentlemen(the lead on the job) asked about running wire through the crawl space and told me he needed access. However Kevin(the gentlemen who came out and priced it out a couple weeks earlier) said it was easiest to go through the attic. So I mentioned this to the gentlemen at install and he seemed puzzled but then agreed that the attic would work fine too. Carrying on they took quite a while finding the wire in the wall for the front doorbell install, at least an hour and a half of their 4.5 hours spent at my house was just finding this front wire. Fast forward to when he is installing the chime he placed it in the wall and you can hear a very faint buzzing noise coming from it. Immediately he realizes that is not how it's suppose to sound. So he looks to me and says that he recommends taking the chime back and installing one myself. I was not very pleased with this which I think he saw on my face. He then says he has an extra chime in his truck that he can try. He comes back from the truck with no chime and tells me he thinks he knows what the problem is. So he spends another half hour to forty five minutes and fixes the buzzing noise. I asked him what it ended up being the issue and he responded "It was wired wrong". All said and done he has me sign a sheet with the price of install, then carries on. I look at both areas of installation and notice the wall where they installed the chime is completely tattered with what looks like little marks where they were hammering to find the best location for the chime. I also look outside to the smart doorbell and notice my paint is chipped. So now, I have to pay to fill in all of those holes and repaint the wall(picture provided) and touch up the outdoor trim(picture provided). If it weren't for how friendly the lead was, I may have asked them to cancel installation and went with another company. I am giving them 3 stars due to their friendliness and success at getting the chime and doorbell installed. The process did not feel like a professional install, but more or less like I asked a neighbor who was somewhat familiar with the job to come give me a hand. I most likely won't go back to this company, unless I am given an incredible deal.
