I had a home I needed to gain access to due to a tenant eviction, I contacted Ed on a Monday morning, by 5:30pm he was able to meet me at the home. He gain access to it, changed all locks, reprogrammed the garage door and made keys. Him and his wife were super friendly and efficient. If I could leave an extra star I would. When I first called Ed he explained that it might take him a bit longer to get to me after I locked myself out of my home. He offered an associate nearby but that person wasn't available. He went out of his way to even text the other locksmith for me. When that other locksmith wasn't available he texted me back and told me when he was able to come. He was super communicative which was very much appreciated as I was already a bit frazzled from being locked out. Ed and his wife showed up right when they said they would and was able to get me in my home within seconds. They even showed me what to do if it happened again and even offered advice on checking to see if my home owners insurance would cover part of the cost. We locked ourselves out of our house. Ed was at our house 10 mins from when I called him. He was incredibly helpful and we cannot thank him enough. Not only did he get us into our house, he helped me re-configure my garage door opener and fix my front door lock. All of that was amazing, but on top of that, his fee was 1/2 of any others. Friday night at 6 PM at a campground locked both sets of keys in the camper. Everyone we called in this area of Howell Michigan told us they were not available we got in touch with the gentleman from Abra CA Dabra and he was at our campsite within the hour took him no time to unlock our camper and we are set nobody has that kind of service now days. Great experience! Ed(the Owner) came out and rekeyed all of my existing locks for a very reasonable price compared to buying all new or having to do it myself. I had just moved in and he was also able to come out that day. He also went above and beyond by adjusting a few locks to ensure they operate properly and were not susceptible to tampering.
