In…read morethe middle of my renovation, the carpenter that was referred to me by a fellow colleague walked off on the job. No warning and no reason, I was left with only 1/2 of my home remodeled, while my family and I were stranded in a small rental home waiting to return. Spencer and his team came to the rescue. In a matter of a few days, his contractors were finishing projects and fixing several mistakes made by the previous carpenter. I was able to move back into our home on time without issue. Spencer's people were clean, courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who wants to get the job done right the first time. I called to get some info on my garage door that was repaired by this company, and the man I spoke with was very RUDE! I'm not sure if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed today or what, but his attitude was not very professional in this kind of business. He got irrate with me, and hung up the phone on me, all because he couldn't help me find out what I needed. He told me to call someone else. I tried calling back 3-4 times, and he would not answer the phone. So FK him and y'all family company!!! I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone I know. Also, you need to update your way of keeping track of personal information to lookup customers who does business with you. He said he had no way of finding out if I really did business with them or not, because they are a family owned business and they do not keep track of anything. They were on time daily, wore masks and gloves at the start of the pandemic, and were really helpful in explaining the new system to me. Everything turned out well. Even better, a few months later I was having trouble with the air conditioning during some of the 90 degree days in summer (isn't that when all of the AC units die?). Despite the several day wait for an appointment that would have been after the weekend, they came out first thing the next morning to troubleshoot my problem. Apparently the filter clogged up in an extremely short amount of time (long story short, I should have checked that). In addition to coming first thing in the morning, they didn't charge for something that was definitely within my control to fix. Thanks for the great service and for being so nice when I screwed up, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
