Jade came to replace locks on my door. He gave me a quote and adhered to the price. Prior to coming, he asked relevant questions to make the right suggestion for replacing the locks. He gave me suggestions to save money. He then wrote the code for the security key that fit the lock. This proved to be a Godsend because four days later I lost my keys in an office parking lot before I had given a key to trusted friends. Fortunately, I had put the key code into my telephone. When I called a local locksmith, I was able to get a replacement key with minimal expense. I was able to get into my place, grab an extra set of keys and go back to the office complex to retrieve my car. Jade also adjusted the space on the closure so that my door closed more securely. 3/27/21 I had a door latch stuck in the locked position. After realizing I could not fix it, I found 'The Door Heroes' online and called. In 10 minutes Jade was at my door and in 15 the new latch was on (and had to take door off hinges to replace).
