Paul was very professional, explained the issue, replaced the broken hardware made some adjustments to the hardware and had it back in working order in less than a half hour. The knob has a way better feel to it and the door opens and closes better than it did when it was new.

I cannot say enough great things about Galaxy Locksmith on Telegraph Road in Dearborn, Michigan…read more Today, on the 4th of July, they came out to my home to rekey my Italian sports car, which is not an easy or inexpensive vehicle to work on. From the very beginning, Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Instead of trying to sell me expensive keys or charge me more than necessary, he actually told me where I could buy high-quality keys at a great price. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. The quote they gave me to program and rekey two keys was about half of what others wanted to charge for just one key. The savings alone were impressive, but the service was even better. Mike sent his brother, Abe, to my home, and it was obvious right away that this is a family-run business that truly cares about its customers. Abe was professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He handled a very challenging European vehicle with confidence and precision, and everything worked perfectly when he was finished. If you're looking for a locksmith who is honest, fair, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend Galaxy Locksmith. It's refreshing to find a company that puts customer service and integrity first. Five stars all the way. Thank you, Mike and Abe, for an outstanding experience. You have a customer for life!

My experience with Suburban Door was frustrating from start to finish. They had no-shows on the scheduled installation day, and they even ordered the wrong-sized doors after taking three separate measurements. To make matters worse, the ProVia screen door frames arrived damaged. Instead of standing behind the product and resolving the issue, I was told by ProVia that the damaged frames could simply be "touched up." Who wants to pay for brand-new screen doors that already need repairs before they're even installed? Suburban Door then had me meet directly with the manufacturer to point out the damage and essentially plead my case. Isn't that what I hired Suburban Door to handle? I am **their customer**, not the manufacturer's. I wasted countless hours, took time off work, and dealt with unnecessary stress over what should have been a straightforward installation. No customer should have to go through this experience when purchasing new doors for their home. I would not recommend Suburban Door based on my experience.
