Fast forward to August 2025 -- the fan completely stopped working. It no longer pulls air at all. I contacted them to ask about warranty on their installation. It is now January 2026 and they have never responded. Expensive install. Low-quality results. Zero accountability. Once they get paid, don't expect them to stand behind their work.
