This is in response to the owner's message (Noam) from my original review where he states, "reach…read moreout so we can resolve this financial matter". I left more than 10 messages and even one recently after he posted his disingenuous response and he never called us back. He has no intensions of calling us back and fixing this and resolving the warranty that he claims his business offered us on the receipt. Buyers DO NOT work with this company. Don't make the same mistake I did. Work with a reputable company who stands behind their work and their warranty.

I called them to replace my broken garage door torsion springs. After checking with their…read moretechnician, they told me $299 including 2 springs. Then the technician came and said $249 per spring total $498. I was in a hurry so OK whatever. After it's all done, he said adding $99 installation fee to it, the total price + tax is $646.80. Does it sound like a scam to you!? I know the price went up but a few years ago when people quote me a similar job say $300 and that's the final price. Just be aware about it before you rejecting others with quotes higher than $299. $299 seems like a good price but people use it to trick you into rejecting other honest businesses. The tech also put a sticker on the wall said 24/7 Garage Door Experts. So, I really don't know which one is their real name. Just be aware!

My 82 year old Mother in law ordered a a storm door for her…read moregarage door entry way. She first ordered in early spring because she wanted for this summer. She waited and waited, no updates on installation. She called several times for updates. First explanation was tech who measured failed to turn order in. Then in June they came out to install and found measurements were off so they had to remeasure and reorder. Again she has called several times for updates and receptionist keeps putting her off and says they haven't heard anything from manufacturer. My Mother in law asks to talk to her supervisor for explanation or ask for refund and those guys are always in a meeting. No call backs. It is now September, last time she was told it would be around Labor Day. She called today and was told they still do not have a date. She requested a refund and receptionist was rude to her and told her she needs to talk to supervisor. You would think someone would call her back. Something is very fishy. Maybe need to get a lawyer to get her money back.

Great experience!! Was lucky enough to hear about Alex through word of mouth via a family friend-…read morehe worked with my schedule right away and was able to come out same day. I didn't want to go through with an entire replacement right away so he helped me find out the belt needed replacing, and even how I could get it myself (it was a rare old style). He had even tried finding and fitting new belts from his truck before he ended up helping to figure out exactly what to order. He was very kind and educational with how to replace it since I wanted to try some DIY. And was not at all condescending, and even left new spare parts, and didn't charge me anything- even though tried to insist. Just an all around great experience I will definitely use this company again. Genuinely wanted to help.
