On December 8th 2025, the rubber seal on the bottom panel caught itself in the side rail and tore completely off the door. I called for service. He was congenial and very professional. But most importantly, he was honest and displayed the kind of integrity you want in someone whom you've taken a chance in hiring! I cannot stress that enough. He could have sold me a bill of goods, with me being none the wiser, and that's where my judgement of his integrity was cemented! I normally don't go so extensively in a review, but Mario earned every word I state here. If you have a need for garage door repair, DO NOT hesitate!!
