On December 8th 2025, the rubber seal on the bottom panel caught itself in the side rail and tore completely off the door. I called for service. On December 10th the technician arrived and suggested that the failure was user error, that I had "allowed" the seal to become frozen to the ground. First, I've never heard of such a thing. Second, this is Michigan... Now, after several weeks, and several attempts to reach Jason. He texted me and said that "the manufacturer had rejected my claim"???
