Dependable, honest, great service, expertise, and fair pricing. We've used Crawford Door before, and they came through again in a last-minute emergency. Our old, failing garage door motor literally fell onto my car right before a trip. I called and spoke with Brett, who was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through the options, gave me a clear estimates based on my description so I knew exactly what to expect, and scheduled both a site survey and the install for the same day. Ryan and Larry were so awesome--patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the inspection and the install. They clearly explained everything, including the pros, differences, and cost-effective options for the units so I could choose what worked best for us. The model I got has everything and more that I wanted for a really reasonable price. I had a bolt I was struggling with and they fixed it.They really went above and beyond. They were thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Ryan even installed the app on my phone. They turned what was a catastrophe into a fun new toy at a reasonable price. I do and have already recommended them highly to my neighbor who has the same model I did. Thank you for help. Sincerely, Michelle read more

Great service and very fair pricing. Had a new spring installed thinking I needed more than that and the technician found that I only needed a spring. read more

update: I asked them if they handled other, kind of related work, namely installing a standard, swing-open, door in the side of our garage. They said yes, gave a very competitive estimate, and once the door came to their shop they came by and installed it. Now... as sometimes happened they made a goof in the work. But this is one key in an honest business: Promptly recognizing, fixing, and apologizing. Which they did at an A+ level. So again, highly recommended! read more

Best customer service, awesome professional ran company, prompt and uses technology like text alerts when they are on way to your residence. I hope I don't need them for a long time though. read more

Excellent service, couldn't be happier. Techs came out the same day I called, had my garage door fixed and better than new in no time. Call them, you won't be sorry! read more

These are the pro's! Great communication, fantastic installers and construction (put a door in the back of the garage, as it was started when my partner drove through it.) I decided to put a garage door there and it turned out perfectly. read more

Can't recommend highly enough. Jeff came out to give us a quote on our damaged garage door. He was understanding of our situation as renters and suggested a couple different options. He steered us in the right direction even though it might not lead to our business... this is a huge deal and demonstrates his honesty. Crawford was recommended to me by my dad, and I trust his opinion completely. Dads just kinda know about this stuff (moms, too). read more

As a Realtor in Ann Arbor, I know I can always count on Crawford Door to do an excellent job for my clients. They are polite and friendly, experienced, reasonably priced. On a select number of occasions we have used your services to repair our garage door and were greatly satisfied at the work you did to repair/restore our garage door to its original operating condition. The work was done with great quality and the technicians were extremely competent in diagnosing our problem and then making the needed repair. They were as well courteous and cleaned everything up when finished. I would give your firm a five-star rating on all that you do. James A. Hendee read more

After the renter next door programmed an app on his phone to open HIS garage door at the same time my housekeeper was using the keyless entry to come into my house, my keyless entry opens HIS door as well as mine. In the six-plus weeks since he did it, he hasn't fixed his app. Crawford Garage Doors came to the rescue, and Hunter serviced my door, fixed a couple of other things, and reprogrammed my keyless entry. Fast, professional service, and I am happy and so very pleased!! read more

Our family has used this door repair company when our spring broke on our garage door. They sent a fellow out and repaired it right away as a tech had just come into the office from another job and was available. Great service and nice people. Carol Vos, Plymouth read more

The garage door is beautiful. The installation went very well. Thank you Brett and Chris.

We have not used anyone else for our garage door needs, both at our previous home and our current home. Our old door was repaired and worked efficiently until the new door was installed. Crawford was prompt, quick and provided a thorough installation and the door looks great. We were satisfied with the door choices and prices. read more

This company was recommended by three different people and they didn't disappoint. Because my car was trapped in the garage, they came out within an hour of my call and fixed my garage door quickly and at a reasonable price. They had to replace two large springs and they replaced the seal at the bottom of the door. My garage door works great now! The repair man was very nice too, as was the woman who answered the phone. read more

Prompt, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced...what more can you ask for??? Crawford door is the BEST!

What excellent customer service, we are fans of this company for life. The spring on our garage door broke, on New Years Eve, late afternoon, super cold day. Of course both of our cars were in and no way to lift the door and get them out! Crawford scheduled a visit for us within 3 days for a repair but when they heard we were stuck, sent someone out immediately to help get the door open. They ended up fixing it on the spot. We are so grateful to them read more

Crawford Door is the best! After many attempts to troubleshoot my own garage door opener, I called Crawford. I was expecting them to send a service man out and was expecting him to tell me I needed to replace the whole unit. What I wasn't expecting, was the friendly lady who answered the phone to give me a couple more ideas for me to try, one of which solved my problem, saving me hundreds of dollars! This rare type of customer service didn't earn them any income today, but they certainly earned a lifetime customer for future service calls, replacements, and most important, recommendations to my friends and family! Thank you Crawford (and especially the friendly lady on the phone)! read more

Crawford kept my old wooden door working for twenty years. When it finally gave up the ghost I called them to get a new door. Brett came out and measured, worked on the door so I could raise it for a delivery, and gave me a competitive price. The installers were efficient and professional. They represent the company well. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a garage door. Their service is top notch. read more

I called Crawford Garage Door Repsir around 3 pm today (on a Friday. Afternoon). I recently had a new Liftmaster 3/4 HP belt driven garage door with MyQ technology installed at my residence. I strongly suggest this unit, after my contractor finished the install. I decided to purchase the MyQ Internet Gateway. "Crawford Door Sales" according to Liftmaster is a authorized dealer of their products; so I went to purchase the device that sales on Liftmaster own site for $51.95 - $65.07 w/s&h. Crawford Doors price $80.00 + tax......to say the price was "EGREGIOUS" is an understatement. It's clear this company isn't concern with staying within the industry price scale for products, I can only imagine what they charge for equipment installs Overall Rating 2 out of 10. I will find another dealer. read more

Great customer service! Our garage door would not close at all on a Saturday evening -- I called Crawford and the on-call operator was helpful and polite. I received a call from Chris at Crawford within mins and he stated he was not the one on call that night but that he would contact the person who was and send them out. About a half hour later a repair person showed up and it was Chris -- the guy who said he WASN'T on call. Chris said he couldn't reach the person who was on call so Chris just came to our rescue anyway, even though he wasn't really on duty. He was so professional (came all the way from Novi and had his young son in the car-- they were probably headed out to do something fun), he took his time at analyzing the problem, did a good job fixing it, tested it numerous times, did many adjustments and gave us some info on what would be the long term solution for our poor old garage door. Chris was a true garage door specialist and an ace at customer service. I'll be calling them again to install a new garage door in the spring. read more
