Woke up to leave for work and low and behold the garage door wouldn't open! It wouldn't even manually open. Did a quick internet search and the issue was pointing to a broken torsion spring. I hopped on Yelp and a few other sites and I really liked the reviews M&M recieved. I requested a quote online and got a response with in about a half hour! 4 hours later I had a worker at my house. He explained everything to me and started the job, about an hour later the spring was fully replaced. I forgot the workers name and it wasn't on the invoice but he did an excellent job explaining the job. He also pointed out some other parts I might want to get replaced sooner or later. He was not pushy one bit and was happy to give me some recomendations, and even wrote me a quote for these replacements if I want to do them at a later date. Overall very happy read more

What I thought was a big problem was really a small issue and they priced accordingly. Called today and received a very poor response. I informed them I lived in Chesterfield and asked about the cost to replace a spring. They stated that they would need to come out to provide a quote, which was ok. I asked them when they would be able to come out. Instead of answering the question, they requested my name and address. My garage door spring broke, M&M they had replaced it 10 years ago. I had lifetime warranty on it. They came out repaired it with no charge at all. He even did extra. Not surprised that the rep showed up late. Real late. I was however not happy with the total B.S. Method for what he wanted to charge me for. On a garage door he wanted to do a, "31" point inspection and, " replace anything he felt he had the parts in his van to replace". Great experience! The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions and she was able to schedule an "appointment " for the exact next day(mind you i called them at 7.45pm) Ryan was my technician. He arrived an hour early which made things a lot easier for me, since i had plans later on! (Ofcourse he called me and gave me a heads up which I really appreciated) He was nice, polite and sociable. He said it would take 30-35 minuets to replace the broken springs on the garage door and that he would check everything and make sure it was all in working order as well as lubricant the moving parts. I am so extremely happy we went with M&M to purchase and install our new Amarr garage door! In less than 2 weeks we met with Matt, ordered the door and had it installed. The original garage door was from 1965 and because of how it was originally installed there were issues but Matt took his time, gave us some options and came up with a solution of how to best install the new garage door. The men who installed the door were professional and friendly, and also cleaned up after the project was completed. I found this company by just doing a quick google search for garage door repair. I had a broken spring so I wanted both springs replaced and also wanted a new opener installed as well. The installer (Alex) called about an hour early to see if he could come sooner which wasn't a problem. He mentioned that it would take about 2 1/2 hours to complete everything. It only took him 1 1/2 hours. He took the time to go over everything with me and helped set up the passcode for the external pad. I will definitely be passing out recommendations for this company.
