I say owner bec when I called the number to complain, he called me back and said "I'm right here" so obviously this is just some guy and his boy cleaning up leaves and not caring about the trees or what they're doing to peoples back yards. Telling me "you don't own the yard" when really I do I own my condo and the yard in it. They could have raked the leaves over to the hose, they were already by the street... they finally left after the complex asks them not to hit my tree and said "oh we were only doing this as a favor.."!?! If this was a rush job then that's what I received. I didn't haggle with the price I thought they were a professional company with their advice, advertising and the salesman. Job was suppose to scheduled first part of January so since I didn't hear from them I called Mike to let him know I was leaving for Florida for a couple weeks but he said they were running behind it will be when I return. Strangle that same weekend Mike called and asked if they could come on Monday to start the job and then finish it Wednesday...I reminded Mike we just talked about it so I guess but I would prefer to be home. With the snow that came in they couldn't get in the drive and fortunately it was rescheduled when I returned. Job was scheduled and completed in three days. New epoxy floor that looks nice and new garage cabinets. Mike text me "Does it look great?" I went over to the garage as I haven't had a chance to see it and I was very shocked so I texted him back and asked " Did you see the finished results?" Having a professional company come in and maybe I'm over the top but I'd think they would make the cabinets look fresh and new not dirty finger prints everywhere. After looking at the epoxy I notice around the whole garage the lower black metal panels had epoxy and the epoxy chips spattered up the wall about a foot. No, I was not happy. Mike said he'd get a team to clean it and they did but what ever they used took the galvanize off and made it shiny in the 1' area they worked on. Then I'll hey only did one wall after me and Mike went over everything. Now the solution is to repaint the metal instead a true replacement. The garage was just built last spring so not a happy customer.
