Infinity Tree (licensed and insured) did a fabulous job removing 25 trees over three days from my front and back yard. Several of the trees were old and enormous. Many were in tricky locations next to my house or in-between my house and the neighbors'. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about trees and he has a very capable crew of climbers, cutters, trimmers, and chippers. They all communicate and safely operate as an alert and experienced team. The job coordination went well, too. Communication was great - immediate call backs and texts. The crew arrived on time, were professional, polite, and neat. Finally, to my delight, due to my house construction issues, I asked Infinity if they would return many months later to grind out all of the remaining stumps. When the time came, they honored their promise and came back out to grind all the stumps. 5 stars! read more

I would highly recommend Infinity Tree of West Bloomfield to anyone. I had a large tree branch to fall off a tree in my front lawn after a recent severe thunderstorm and another large limb that cracked in a tree behind my house. Josh came when he said he would to inspect the situation and gave me a reasonable estimate. The workers came out when promised and completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterward. Top notch company. read more

Terrible attitude. Had to fire him on the spot before damaged my neighbor property. Best decision I did to avoid a lawsuit. Paid a little more with a bigger company but now I won't have the people around me mad. 100% worth it. read more

Terrible experience with Jeff, his follow up calls are like a high pressure sales calls from a boiler room on Wall Street. Then you call him back same day , but what was once we can have taken care of by the end of the day tomorrow is know maybe by the end of next week. You must have misunderstood me !? I cleared 5 trailers and 2 vehicles and all the scrap that was around tree, ladders off fence. Revealing a 35 ft wide Stamped driveway by 110 ft wide Jeff had 4 trucks and 5 guys. I asked if he couldn't work around the truck could he pull it up 20 ft which would still leave more then enough room to pull a semi in as my smallest area of driveway is 22ft wide at the street. After retreated his whole crew he left without any contact. Poor communication but hey I'm busy and that should be expected, pushy, cocky, entitled, you need me more then I need you. These are the characteristics I experienced. read more

Infinity Tree & Outdoor Services - Not big enough work area And we're gonna leave without telling you anything - Tree Services Near Me - West Bloomfield, Michigan

I would highly recommend this company. Jeff, the owner was fair and very personable. He came out when he said he would. He gave us a quote that was better than 2 other companies. We had a ginormous Cottonwood tree that was so ugly and twice as tall as the others in our yard. We were HAPPY to give the contract to Infinity. On the day that they did the work, they were on time and very nice. Great company! read more

Had a huge limb fall onto our driveway- guys came out the very next morning and did a GREAT job! I called around Orchard Lake- most places wanted to charge a crazy fee and couldn't get to it for another week. The two guys showed up bright and early, had great attitudes, and were friendly! They quoted me (what I thought was a fair price) and cut the limb away all before 7am! Fantastic service, highly recommended! read more

This is an amazing company. I called Jeff (he is a tree climber and the owner), and he was very nice on the phone. This morning I couldn't believe they already had the tree down by the time I came down to say hi. Very courteous and professional. His crew are also very nice too. Do yourself a favor, play safe, avoid hassle, and go with this company because the results are great and the prices are better than other companies. This company has a great deal going. We're really happy with our choice. read more

Jeff and His crew are excellent workers! I needed the yard cleaned up and they arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They removed the tree stumps and gave me a reasonable price. I will call Jeff the Owner again for help with trees or emergencies. read more

We had a large branch fall from a maple tree in our back yard. The Infinity crew took care of that and then thinned the tree. On another huge maple in the yard, they took down several large branches that could potentially fall on the house and exterior wires. Both trees now look healthy and should not require more work for many years to come. I highly recommend this tree service. read more

There are a lot of tree service companies out there but Infinity certainly has to be one of the best, if not, the best, company. Jeff, the owner, is very responsive and his price for service is fair and the quality of work top notch. I would certainly recommend them for any tree service needs. read more

Had 2 large trees that needed to be trimmed so we can enjoy our patio this summer. Good quote, came out days later to do the job. Cleaned up everything. read more

Jeff came out to cut a tree down in my nieghbor's yard and did not take care of damages done to my garage. He told me that he was fully insured and that he would take responsiblity for any mishaps. After a hugh section of the tree fell and damaged the roof and siding to my garage, he tried leaving without saying anything about it. He pleaded with me not to make a claim and agreed to cover costs out of pocket. After months of corresponding with him, we compromised on an agreed roofer, which he is now trying to get out of paying. It has been 3 months since the roofer repaired the damage and still no payment. read more

We used Infinity Tree & Outdoor Services for our home in Bloomfield Hills (tree cutting, trimming, removal of dead trees, etc.) It was a pleasure to work with Jeff! He and his crew provided exceptional service and quality work! I would highly recommend hiring Jeff as he provides only the BEST! read more

Do not pay Jeff until your work is finished in total. Once the money is in hand he will not finish the job despite assurances. Actual work done is fine if you stick to tree trimming but the customer experience was terrible and he never finished a job, months later despite many many claims that he would. He also promised some follow up work since I spent thousands with him this year but did not follow through. Did the same to our HOA. I didn't want to have to leave this review but as they say, 15 strikes and you're out. read more

Had a job done by them. While the job done was adequate, had some difficulty with the owner. He is definitely wound a little too tight. I don't recommend them for that reason. read more

We are snowbirds and when we came back to our home in West Bloomfield this spring, we had a storm-damaged tree that needed to be removed fast! The owner, Jeff, came to our house at 7pm, the same day, to give us an estimate. The next morning, his whole crew was out there at 7am. It was such a relief to find such fast and reliable service! I was so happy, we are hiring Infinity to trim all of our trees and shrubs for the summer. Great service, great job guys! Thank you! read more

Called Jeff to have some yard work done. We set up a consultation for the following day at 10am. He pulled a no call, no show. I called him and texted him- no response. That was yesterday morning. To this day I haven't received a single communication from him or even so much as an apology for him pulling a no call no show and then not answering my calls and texts. Horribly unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company for yard work. read more

Great prices, good cleanup, and very friendly. I will definitely use again and refer family and friends.

Jeff and his team recently came to our home to trim several large trees and remove various shrubs. From our initial meeting Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the work he would be doing. We were amazing Jeff would be willing to climb out old trees but in doing so he saved us 1000s of dollars! Jeff and his team were professional and friendly and completed everything we asked for. The clean up was amazing!! We are looking forward to use Jeff and Infinity Tree in the future. read more

My trees and shrubs desperately needed trimming. I called several tree services, but Jeff was the only one who came out the same day. He gave me a very fair estimate to trim all my trees. I couldn't believe it, but he was supervising a crew the very next morning. They did a fantastic job! Fast and efficient! If you need your trees trimmed, call these guys! read more
