Terrible experience with Jeff, his follow up calls are like a high pressure sales calls from a boiler room on Wall Street. Then you call him back same day , but what was once we can have taken care of by the end of the day tomorrow is know maybe by the end of next week. You must have misunderstood me !? I cleared 5 trailers and 2 vehicles and all the scrap that was around tree, ladders off fence. Revealing a 35 ft wide Stamped driveway by 110 ft wide Jeff had 4 trucks and 5 guys. I asked if he couldn't work around the truck could he pull it up 20 ft which would still leave more then enough room to pull a semi in as my smallest area of driveway is 22ft wide at the street. After retreated his whole crew he left without any contact. Poor communication but hey I'm busy and that should be expected, pushy, cocky, entitled, you need me more then I need you. I would highly recommend this company. Jeff, the owner was fair and very personable. He came out when he said he would. He gave us a quote that was better than 2 other companies. We had a ginormous Cottonwood tree that was so ugly and twice as tall as the others in our yard. We were HAPPY to give the contract to Infinity. Had a huge limb fall onto our driveway- guys came out the very next morning and did a GREAT job! I called around Orchard Lake- most places wanted to charge a crazy fee and couldn't get to it for another week. The two guys showed up bright and early, had great attitudes, and were friendly! This morning I couldn't believe they already had the tree down by the time I came down to say hi. Very courteous and professional. His crew are also very nice too. We had a large branch fall from a maple tree in our back yard. The Infinity crew took care of that and then thinned the tree. On another huge maple in the yard, they took down several large branches that could potentially fall on the house and exterior wires. Both trees now look healthy and should not require more work for many years to come. I highly recommend this tree service. read more

Jeff came out to cut a tree down in my nieghbor's yard and did not take care of damages done to my garage. He told me that he was fully insured and that he would take responsiblity for any mishaps. After a hugh section of the tree fell and damaged the roof and siding to my garage, he tried leaving without saying anything about it. He pleaded with me not to make a claim and agreed to cover costs out of pocket. After months of corresponding with him, we compromised on an agreed roofer, which he is now trying to get out of paying. It has been 3 months since the roofer repaired the damage and still no payment. read more

Do not pay Jeff until your work is finished in total. Once the money is in hand he will not finish the job despite assurances. Actual work done is fine if you stick to tree trimming but the customer experience was terrible and he never finished a job, months later despite many many claims that he would. He also promised some follow up work since I spent thousands with him this year but did not follow through. Did the same to our HOA. I didn't want to have to leave this review but as they say, 15 strikes and you're out. read more

We are snowbirds and when we came back to our home in West Bloomfield this spring, we had a storm-damaged tree that needed to be removed fast! Called Jeff to have some yard work done. We set up a consultation for the following day at 10am. He pulled a no call, no show. I called him and texted him- no response. That was yesterday morning. To this day I haven't received a single communication from him or even so much as an apology for him pulling a no call no show and then not answering my calls and texts. Horribly unprofessional. Jeff and his team recently came to our home to trim several large trees and remove various shrubs. From our initial meeting Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the work he would be doing.
