I would definitely recommend him and the company he owns for any yard project you may have.

So far so pleased with Precision. I searched for a qualified company to handle my lawn care as my…read moreself lawn fertilizer applications were not making the grade the last few years. I have been a past TruGreen customer, I did not want another run with horrible customer service from the home visits to local management. Paxton responded with his services and specifically set up a program for what I needed and requested for my lawn. Precision offers different 'Step' programs, 4,5 or 6; mowing, aeration, grub control and other services. Precision used Advanced Turf Solutions for applications, a Michigan Based Fertilizer Company. Which I feel is a positive effect for Michigan lawns. Compared to other companies, Precision is very competitive and beats larger less reputable providers by 40%. Paxton did what he said he would do, showed up at the scheduled time and continuously kept me informed of his arrival. I wanted to meet Paxton for his first visit to walk the yard, confirm my lawn needs and hear about him and his company which I learned has a Noble History. Our first service included aeration, over-seeding and 1 of 6 step fertilizer applications. I have a high slope and shady yard with thick and thin areas. My goal is to even out my yard. I will report back during the season on our progress.

I contacted their office three times, sent two emails, and left three text messages for their sales manager, Julio, before finally receiving a call back. Their response was to recommend that I move a water spout, which they now say is the apparent cause of the cracking. For a driveway that cost this much and is less than a year old, this is completely unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness and the attempt to shift responsibility after the fact have been extremely disappointing. I would not do business with Titan Pavement again, and I would caution others to think carefully before hiring them.

He did call me but I didn't have my phone on me but I would have thought he would wait an hour to meet at our regularly scheduled appointment if he hadn't gotten ahold of me. When I did call him he seemed put off by our lot due to the house being under construction and stated he just couldn't give me a quote. I find that interesting because other companies provided us quotes on the lot. Never the less I emailed him the plot plan for a quote and he never responded after me following back up after that. Super unprofessional and not the best demeanor.
