Extremely disappointed…read more I was quoted $85 for service, then told the next request that the price was a "promo" and the actual cost was $100, which was never disclosed upfront. After one plow visit using a pickup truck with a front blade, my concrete driveway showed clear surface damage consistent with plow contact and salt exposure, concentrated in tire paths near the garage. This damage was not present prior to service. Between the pricing inconsistency and the condition my driveway was left in, I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

He answered all of my husband and I questions regarding the job and how it would be handled. He was knowledgeable about the different types of trees and he advised us on which trees should be removed sooner rather than later. His pricing was pretty reasonable and affordable. He made us some fire wood and wood chips as well from the trees he removed. We are very pleased by the out come. THIS GUY IS A SCAM ARTIST…read more In April of 2015 I gave Keith Rich $800 for a full year of lawn care and snow removal. He showed up twice, and both times I had to call him several times to "remind" him about me. The last time he actually cut my lawn, it was 11 inches long and the city warned me that they were going to fine me. I even sent him a photo of it. After that he never showed up again, and he told me all of his lawn equipment got stolen. When I asked him if he filed a police report, he told me no because he didn't think Redford Police would do anything about it. He said he couldn't afford to reimburse me at all and that he was going to file for bankruptcy. Fast forward a couple months, and February 29, 2016 I noticed that he still had his business up on several websites, including YellowPages, Google+, Yelp, and YouTube. I wondered if he was still running a business with "stolen" equipment, so I called again (blocked my phone number) and pretended to be an interested customer. He just went right along with it! He gave me prices and everything. Unbelievable. I wrote a review back in May 2015 on Yelp when it first happened, and I referred to the review during the phone conversation. I said, "What about this review from Kathryn on Yelp, she sounded pretty unhappy." He said he doesn't know anything about that review. I considered taking this to small claims court, but I know it will be more trouble than it's worth. He probably wouldn't even show up. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau (which has another claim on it, someone else got scammed by him too), and in the meantime I have been writing reviews on all the sites where he has his "business" so that other people aren't scammed like me. KEITH RICH WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!
