The guy who came out was courteous and I looked forward to getting an estimate so that I could move forward with my project. One week went by....no calls. Two weeks went by....no calls. So, I called and spoke with a female who said that she would get ahold of the estimator and get back with me. Another week went by....no calls. So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work. I am a businessman too. Good luck running a business that way. You'll be out of business once word gets around.

We scheduled our appointment via their website and had a quick home consultation where we told him what we would ideally like done. I did a bit of quick math on the mulch and sent me a text shortly after with the rate for the labor and the materials. I found it to be incredibly reasonable so we decided to move forward with the job. They are booked pretty heavily so it took a couple of weeks for our appointment but they showed up and worked efficiently to finish the job neatly and thoroughly. Our garden looks amazing and they did a great job pulling all those pesky weeds in our rock beds that had been causing me grief (and back pain!) over the spring and summer. I'm so happy with how it all looks. I can't stop marveling at our very cute yard now! And my plants seem way happier now that we've got the mulch around them as well. They cleaned up their job site, were extremely hard working and if there were questions, they asked so that we were all on the same page. Jack was very quick to respond by email and text. Although he got jobs mixed up some times, with telling me a product could only be ordered by a pallet but it wasn't our job. Every time we talked we had to go over what bricks I wanted even though he had it written down. The part that didn't go so well, we were doing a relocation of a drainage pipe to the front from the back. We all agreed to where it needed to go to for the water to runoff properly. Our fault for not having it exactly specified in feet on the quote, lesson learned. Day of, we learn that he stated it can't go that far, they can't dig that much and could only go part way. That is exactly what I didn't want for water to drain to my driveway so in the winter it would ice.

We let them know that we needed the driveway done and cured before that date so we could use a wheelchair on it . They were here the next day to take out the old concrete and prepare it for the new.
