We let them know that we needed the driveway done and cured before that date so we could use a wheelchair on it . They were here the next day to take out the old concrete and prepare it for the new. We signed a Contract on 07/08/2024, with prior owner. Not sure what happened (hostile takeover???). Suddenly, we are dealing with one of his workers who took over the company and legally started a new company, (Creative Stoneworks, LLC). We sign a contract with him on 07/17/2024, for an increased price of an addional $2,000.00). There was a promise that all work would be done by 07/24/2024. Nothwithstanding the rain, this did delay things. However, on 08/05/2024, he promised to seal the patio on 08/07/2024. In addition, a gate they installed is not properly anchored (can pull the post out of the ground without effort). He was going to take care of this as well. When we called and texted why not done he told wife to F**k off. If we bothered him again, he would have his attorney file restraining order against us. Also told us he did not intend in finish any further work. Unfortunately, he was paid, in full, in advance - at his insistance. Further update as of 08/09/2024 - we have emails and tests, as well telling us to f**k off or f**k you. SEXUAL HARRASSMENT??? - WHO WAS THE VICTIM??? I THINK WE WILL GET AN ATTORNEY OR CHANNEL 2 INVOLVED, AS THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE. We barely spoke to you as you never returned our calls. We were not asking for free work and paid you in cash (with a checks that you have cashed). If you recall, we paid you before the work was completed; which is unheard of with shady contractors. DLC responded quickly with an estimate, and after asking friends about it I was told it was a good deal. So I responded that I would like to use their service and an email was sent with a link to pay, which made it a breeze, and set up a weekly appointment during this rainy month of May. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. I will put up pictures when the lawn looks a little better, because I'd tried to use an electric mower that wouldn't adjust properly so some spots are awful. Anyway, great job, guys! Seriously, I appreciate your hard work.

I contacted DLC's through YELP and their response was instantaneous, professional, accommodating and polite. They got my elderly aunt's snow removal scheduled right away, which made it possible for her to get to the doctor. It's not often that you find business owners who are willing go over and above the call of duty time and time again. At DLC's they ensure exemplary customer service. It's so refreshing to know that there are still folks out there who really care. Give them your business and you will be greatly pleased.
